Description of Work: Remove existing soffit & fascia overhang on left front side of house. Remove approx. 300 sq. ft. Of roofing and 8 sheets of docking, install barge rafters extending at least 6 ft., and replace decking and shingles. Install new soffit and fascia, caulk and paint. Repair damaged hole on back of house & re-shingle as discussed. Remove and replace damaged Sheetrock in back bedroom, prime, stipple, and paint. Remove and replace damaged soffit at chimney, caulk and paint. Simply Home Repairs furnished all materials. Simply Home Repairs were professional, terrific personality and knowledgeable in completing their work.

Description of Work: Checked on a leak and blow air through a tube to clear a clog. No parts needed, tents said the repairman was there 15 mins $125. He did not even call to give an estimate for repairs before starting the job.

Description of Work: I called Gary to get a price for installing a microwave while at Home Depot to purchase a new microwave. He gave me the price and was very reasonable. I called him when the microwave was delivered and he came promptly to take out the old microwave and install the new one. He put the old one on the street as it was too heavy for me to lift.

Description of Work: Replaced the boards at the eave of the roof. Replaced shingles, painted the replaced boards. Fixed the boards on the front of house and painted the front. They were efficient and got the job done in one day.

Description of Work: We contacted Simply Home Repairs to clean out our gutters, clean off the roof of the house and a shed in our backyard that had been ignored for far too long. They did a great job. Very nice and personable. We felt the price was reasonable for the work performed. We plan to use Gary again for several other projects in the future. This is a two man company and stay pretty busy. You may have to wait for the work to be performed after receiving a quote. It is worth it.

Description of Work: Mr Sanders did several things around my house from repairing a door frame, to replacing an existing door, repairing a closet door, light painting, hanging a heavy framed mirror, even assembling a crib. He was professional, completed the job timely with quality performance. Myself and my husband were very pleased.
