Description of Work: I jotted some notes down about my experience with Amy and Affordable Cleaning. Here are my comments: |Polite, friendly, easy to work with |Communicates by text message, which for me was very convenient |Flexible, but reliable |Takes pride in her work |Took the time to take me through the house room by room to show me what she'd done |Asked if there was anything I was not pleased about |I had read good reviews here and saw exactly some of the special touches others had mentioned that she also did in my house: microwave cleaned out, all kitchen counter surfaces wiped down, carefully mopped, vacuumed and furniture nicely polished |She uses my cleaning supplies, but offered a suggested list and volunteered to purchase them for me and supply a receipt. I chose to buy them for myself, but I appreciated this willingness to make this an easy experience. |I was completely satisfied with how the house looks and smells, and have already contacted Amy for a future appointment. |

Description of Work: Professional and thorough...During the walk through when they were finished I could not stop grinning!! I have two toddlers a husband and two dogs. Needless to say my home needs attention to details from fingerprints, chalk, crayons, markers, potty training accidents, etc., etc. My home was cleaned from top to bottom...ceiling fans, picture frames, steamed tile floors, waxed wood floors, cleaning of walls, polished chrome and wood furniture and cabinetry, and much more. My house hasn't looked like this in a long time. Even my husband was satisfied and he believes only his mother knows how to do anything right. We are extremely happy and are having them back!

+ -1 moreMiss Amy and Miranda have been cleaning our home for several months now. As working parents of twin toddlers it has been SUCH a big help to have them come out every few weeks. The initial deep cleaning was spectacular - I laughed out loud when I walked into the kitchen because all the cabinet doors were once again sparkling white! That is quite a feat considering that our active toddlers are regularly making a mess of everything. They buy the supplies and provide us with receipts for reimbursement. You don't even have to worry about restocking. And whatever they are using SMELLS WONDERFUL. As a household with two toddlers, two dogs (one small, one medium) and a cat that is a blessing. They probably stay almost 3 hours when they come and manage to work their way quite thoroughly through the roughly 3000 square feet of our house. We're loving it! Do your self a HUGE favor and hire her.
Description of Work: The first session was a more extensive deep cleaning which cost more. After that they have come out every two weeks and cleaned back to front with great diligence.

+ -1 moreAmy and Miranda cleaned most all of the house (all the areas I specifically requested). Amy asks what products you prefer to have used, and what smells or products you specifically do or don't want. She purchased all the items to be used, and I reimbursed her. When they finished, she left all the products here for later use. They cleaned all the areas including wood, walls, bathrooms, etc. Everything I requested. The entire house looks so good now! As one of the commercials says, "I was living in a fool's paradise." Now my house is really clean. I will call them back for regular cleaning in the future. (This was a one-time initial cleaning, hence the higher price.... also, the two worked at least ten hours.)
