Reasons why I went with them: They include a warranty with their roofs (beyond the normal shingle warranty) which is something I liked. They came out for the quote and explained their process, shingles and the materials used. It was obvious he took his time to determine exactly what would be needed to give an accurate quote. The communication with company owner was excellent. Workers showed up timely. Work was completed quickly despite having to contend with rain. The price included a complete tear off and all damaged areas on the roof were replaced. I had a project that wasn't included in initial estimate (2 sun lights) and the owner worked with me to add the project with a minimum reasonable price increase. They cleaned up pretty well and hauled away all the trash. My only complain would be that I have encountered quite a few roofing nails in my flower beds (by stepping on them) and would have liked them to run the magnet around the foliage a little more. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of the materials and the work. I feel the slightly higher price was worth it and if I have other major outside projects I would contact them again.

The job they did went well. I was pleased with them. They did what they said they were going to do and when they said they would be doing the work. They were within the price they quoted me. I was satisfied with the quote they gave. They were neither the highest nor the lowest.

Very well. Another A list company quoted $8,000. They arrived on the day they said they would, began work, worked all day, then returned the next day for about 2 hours to finish up. Very professional. The roof had been patched many times and really needed to be replaced. We have had serious rain since and no leaks. FAILS to returns calls if you later have trouble under warranty (contacted in 2012).

After the tornado had took out shingles in about 15 places around the house and rain had come in I called Joe to put tarp on the holes. Actually, he offered to do it knocking at my door. I was not going to use him as I thought he was one of those, you know, good to put up some tarp, but nothing more. Then about two people in the association wrote a great review on them and so I decided to give them a chance. They worked with my insurance and with me so that even though the insurance paid for 3/4 of the job (deductible and part of the roof was intact). Joe managed to give me an upgraded complete new roof for a few dollars more than the insurance paid. He did not charge me for any of the labor that was not covered. And they did a great job, and on time. He even put on a new chimney cover at no charge. When they left the yard was cleaner than when they came in. They even blew the leaves away. And did not ruin any tree or plant. Simply outstanding, and believe me I am a difficult customer. I almost forgot, they reimbursed me half of what I paid to put the tarp on. I also have to say, the son, Joe Jr., who is the face of the company, is friendly, personable and a pleasure to work with.
