Description of Work: I stopped service since the provider refused to mow high spots missed. I had to go to every two weeks service since I was having brick work on front of my house. This seemed reprisal for failure to follow their recommended weekly service.

Description of Work: Had them do landscaping work which was totally unsatisfactory, came unprepared and on top of that lied about how work was done. Finally received a partial refund and redid work myself. Also cancelled my yard cutting arrangement with them because they refused to follow my instructions as to the way I wanted it cut. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Description of Work: Lawn service bi-weekly. Lacks quality and made several requests regading them picking up fallen tree limbs (8+ little branches). These requests where ignored & I was told they don't pick up the limbs (that are in the yard in their way) the go over or around them but I could hire their "clean up crew".

Description of Work: Started using them 3 years ago for weed control and have continued. Outstanding results for weed control. Used them last year for flower bed maintenance with mulch and they also sodded back yard. 100% satisfied and will use them for flower bed maintenance within the next few weeks

Description of Work: This service was used while I was out of town for my rental property. They do a basic and mediocre job and charge a lot. They also have a minimum number of times you can purchase. I would not have used but it was recommended to me by property mgr. (who also turned out to be no good).

Description of Work: Not responsive. Initial work was okay but when I asked questions re: additional lawn services that were not satisfactory, no response to my 8 calls to The service man to try to determine what went wrong. In addition, I received a Christmas card 2012, so I followed a call to the office, thinking that I had been mistaken. The receptionist promised to call me back but I never heard back.

 + -1 moreThey have been excellent. They charge between $35 and $40. I changed from every two weeks to weekly, so it changed a little on price. Their customer service is fantastic. I like them for all the different things that they said they could do because some people can just mow and that's it. They did leaf removal for my gutters. They can put in French drain. They can help with the drainage, if the property has a drainage problem. They do so many different things that really help out. At the same moment, I have somebody to help me out with these things. I don't think they can cut down big trees; but they can do trimming and taking care of plants or trees.
Description of Work: I use Mow It Right to do regular mowing on weekly basis. They used to do it biweekly when I first started. They have also proved that they can come out and do the cleaning, fix the flowerbed, planting, do side jobs for garden. I needed raise beds, moved it to the side house because it needed to be filled with top soil. I needed them to cut down the woods at my backyard. They trimmed all my bushes. They do a yard work. They did side stuff for my hallway for a certain cost.

 + 0 moreThey do excellent work in every way. They're professional and dependable. They use push mowers, not riding mowers. Our yard is uneven and they make it look smooth. We had a large number of weeds to come up this spring and started using their spray and fertilize program. They zapped the weeds very quickly and the lawn is green, thick, and pretty now and we get compliments from the neighbors. Best lawn care we've ever had.
Description of Work: Mow It Right edges and mows large yard every other week. This is the second summer we've used their services. This spring we started having them spray for weeds and fertilize.
