Griffith Tile and Flooring

I initially hired Griffith Tile to install the tile in a master shower renovation. Jeff's estimate was very reasonable and the tile work was excellent. He completed the job when he said he would. I was so pleased with his work that I then asked him for an estimate to tile the floor and tub/shower in a newly constructed hall bathroom. Again, his estimate was very reasonable, and the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend Griffith Tile and will use this company again if I need additional tile work.

Over the years we have had several tile projects performed by various providers but by far Jeff made the most positive impression on us. He does exactly what he says he will do and he makes sure you ae 100% satisfied with the work. Jeff is very puncutal, polite, and professional. We highly recommend him and would use him again.

Jeff was a sub-contractor for a contractor who we hired for this project. Jeff immediately impressed us with his professional appearance, good manners, and broad knowledge of the work. Jeff is older than he looks. He accomplished the inherently messy demolition of the shower quickly, making as little mess as possible. He proved punctual on all the days he worked. He was always upbeat and ready to work. Due to his sub-contractor status, Jeff could not work on his own schedule, but put in maximum effort in the time he had. His technical skills are well advanced, and he planned and executed work efficiently and effectively. He was always quick to answer our questions or to explain why he had to do something in a particular way. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Oh - I need to emphasize that Jeff and his partner, Ian, cleaned up after themselves before leaving the house each night. They were respectful of us and our home. We developed a settlement crack in one corner a couple of weeks after the job was complete, and Jeff has made an appointment to fix it promptly.

they cleaned the tile in our kitchen and bathrooms. I thought they would use some professional cleaning machine but was only hand scrubbing. Two people did the work. I give them credit for working h****** their knees (something I never could do), and getting it done in a timely manner once they were there. But we played phone tag for a few weeks to set up an appointment and he broke the handle off my refrigerator. He deducted $40.00 for that. If it weren't for it being a "Big Deal" that I purchased, I would have felt cheated. I would never pay for this service at their listed regular price. It was basically just a floor scrubbing that doesn't get all the stain off the tile but especially in the grout. The sealer is painted on clear. So the grout still looked dirty. When asked about it, I was told you can't get everything off. When they started to seal the floor, I requested to stop. I did not want to seal in dirty grout. I bought a grout sealer that had coloring in it to match the tile and did it myself. I don't call what they did a professional "as advertised" job.

It was a few months ago. I can't remember the exact cost. The job was just average. I wouldn't do it again.

The shower pan was leaking in the masterbath of a rental property and we contacted Jeff at Griffith Tile and Flooring for an estimate. Communication with Jeff was professional and he provided a great price/estimate for the service. Jeff also provided estimates for temporary repairs to the shower if needed for budget concerns, but we chose to replace everything to be safe. We provided general recommendations for tile color and patterns and allowed Jeff to choosethe design. Not only did he do a great job in his selection of tile and work performed, the job was completed in the estimated time and the final price was very close to the estimate to fit the budget. Jeff provided us pictures and updates as the work was being performed to detail the project. The new shower looks and works great and we are happy with the work performed. We will definitely use him again in the future for other projects.

Jeff and his helper came out and did a great job putting tile on our son's bathtub surround. If I had known it would look that good I would have done it years ago. He also did some other caulking that failed due to a fault in our shower. He patiently came out repeatedly until the problem was worked out. My husband tried to pay him for the extra times he came out and he refused to take any extra money. He has an excellent work ethic. He gave us some great suggestions for remodeling our master bath in a step by step process. We will definitely use him for the tile work in that remodel.

Jeff was quick to call to make an appointment after I bought the deal on Angie's list. I took a couple of months getting around to having the service done. He was easy to schedule a time with, did a great job, and very quick and professional. I definitely recommend his services.

Jeff is very responsive. Completed the job faster than I expected. Quality of work could not have been better. Cleaned up after his work as well.

Appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Service provider cancelled day of appointment. I asked if it could be rescheduled in the next day and a half due to a special event that was happening in two days and the purpose of getting the service. I was told by the office administration person that couldn't be done; hence we did not want his service. I found the provider not very flexible even though he was the one who cancelled and wouldn't reschedule within 36 hour time frame.

Both Jeff and his helper were very professional. They completed the job in about 2 hours and it looked much better. The caulk in the bath tub sunk into the walls, and Jeff is scheduled to come back out and correct it. He was very responsive and I plan to use him again in the future. He gave me estimates for future work and they were below other estimates from contractors that did work for me that I would NOT use again.

I bought a Groupon for cleaning and sealing grout in 2 small bathrroms. value about $300, for which I paid $99, plus materials. Cost of materials was clearly stated up front, and presented in writing on delivery. Provider called for appointment quickly after I paid for the Groupon. We had to reschedule a couple of times, once for them and once for me, and provider was very flexible and customer oriented. Showed up on time, did a good job, even a bit of extra grouting since my space did not use up the full services allowed. Was in and out quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure the customer was satisfied before they left. Would defintely use them again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very well. I was very happy with what they did. I wanted them to clean the entry way also, and it was bigger than the size in the big deal, and I had them to all the tiles in my house, so I paid extra. They were incredibly helpful, thorough in what they did, and they did what I needed done.

They did an excellent job! I am extremely pleased with their professionalism & quality of service performed.

It went just fine. He was on time. He and his helper did a very good job. I have no complaints. The price was exactly what it was supposed to be. They did the job as best as they could. They even got down on their hands and knees and did a lot of it. The price was good.

Jeff did such a good job on the kitchen grout cleaning that I had him tile around the top of the bathtub surround. He is such a great guy he put the tile in on Saturday and came back on Tuesday after Labor Day and I was so glad. Will use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone that needs tile work. They called me right away after I purchased the deal to schedule the service. They came on time and did a good job. They gave me an estimate on repairing the kitchen floor while they were here.

we were needing some work done on the house, several things and Jeff was the only one that responded immediately. we set up a time and he and his helper were there early and was very quickly starting on the job, which surprised me I thought they would have to come back. The grout looks great and I plan to put a high gloss sealer on tile and grout and I can't wait to move back into the kitchen!!

After initial purchase I was contacted via e-mail from Griffith within a few hours. I contacted them the next day and explained the work I needed done and set up a day/time they could come to my house to do work. On work day two guys showed up on time and explained what they were going to do and what product was being used. Grout sealing took about 1.5hrs, both guys were very professional and answered any questions I had. Total cost was $99(Special) plus $180 for extra work. I'm very satisfied quality of work by Griffith, will definitely use again.

Jeff was great. Very responsive and very professional. I will definitely use him again for any tile work. He was helpful in picking out grout. His communication skills are great. He kept me informed every step oft he way. I highly recommend his work.

He called to set up an appointment for the cleaning and he discussed their process. At the very end of the call, he stated the cost of materials would be roughly an additional $70. I knew that there was an additional charge based on the fine print but $70 was more than I was expected. He was very professional throughout.

He was the first one that came out and looked at it. I liked the way he talked. He was very professional and very keen on doing it right. Guaranteed me it would be done right and if I didn't feel it was he would make sure it was. He did everything he said he would do and he did it very nicely. Just overall very impressed with his attitude and his determination on making everything right. The way it looks and feels is very impressive. I would hands down give him 5 stars to do it again.

Jeff went over and beyond on his services for me. He gave me a great price. Then he went shopping with me to get the supplies to build the shower. He help me pick out my tile, grout, bull nose and other items that was needed. He did not do a rush job. Jeff and one of his workers tore out the old unit in no time. Then they built my walls up, tiled, and grouted the shower. The work looks amazing. Also, he fit the work around my work schedule; they were very clean and very professional. I would use him again and refer him to all my friends and family members.
