Jeff gutted and pulled out our master bathroom shower that had tons of problems. He corrected everything, brought it all up to code and put it back together amazingly. It’s a totally different shower. He was so helpful throughout the whole process. Jeff is very detail oriented, professional and a pleasure to work with, always tidying up after himself at the end of each day and ready to help with anything he can... He advised us with picking out tile, design, layout and gave really helpful ‘in the know’ suggestions. He’s totally trustworthy and I had no problem leaving him in our home whilst we were in and out. I’d thoroughly recommend him for any tile or flooring need you have.

Excellent. They arrived on time. stuck to the time table. did fantastic job on the Tile. All tiles are level and looks wonderful. Cleaned the work area, it was like they were never there. I will hire again.

Jeff installed a product to my game room wall called “Brickweb”. It applies like tile but is actually thin slices of real brick. He was priced competitively and was very professional. He does great work and pays close attention to detail. The finished product looks fantastic! I would highly recommend using Jeff for your next flooring project!

Jeff was great. He was professional, friendly, clean, on time, began and finished when he said he would. His prices were on par with other providers. Good attention to detail and did a beautiful job on two bathroom floor replacements and one laundry room repair.

His quote was very competitive to the others who I didn’t have as good of a feel from. Jeff showed up exactly on time and did the work even faster than he had quoted. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and was not pressuring us at all.The re grouting was excellent, clean and made our shower look like new. He left the bathroom just as he had found it and there was no sign he had been there at all. We have been completely satisfied with the work and plan to hire Justin again for some floor work we have coming.

Jeff remodeled my master bathroom shower. Great reasonable price, phonemonial work, great attention to detail. He even helped me figure out the best type of tile to use as I didn't know much about tile or design. He was very professional and kept the work area clean. Jeff does amazing work and I would absolutely call him again for any other projects.

Jeff did a great job installing a tile backsplash in our kitchen. He is extremely professional, provided a competitive quote, and showed up on-time to complete the job. Jeff came when scheduled and stayed until the whole job was completed. This was great for us, as who wants a project to drag out when your kitchen is involved. He did a wonderful job on our kitchen and laundry room giving our outdated rooms a welcomed facelift so we could move right into painting.

I have called and emailed this company multiple times and they do not return calls. I needed an estimate for our master bathroom and could not get a return call from this contractor. I even went to their website and left message to contact me and still no response. Must be nice to pick and choose who you want to do business with. Very disappointed.

Jeff did an awesome job! He was communicative, patient, hard-working, and professional. He calmly and easily addressed all issues and questions as they arose. My spouse is a particular perfectionist, and a bit nutty about symmetry; Jeff was even able to satisfy him, no small feat I assure you. Jeff was even forewarned about this and still took the job. :) I'm guessing Jeff is a bit of a perfectionist as well as he would have been able to cut corners on the job, but took the time and effort to show us where some problems areas were and make it right despite delaying him a bit, a delay I didn't mind one bit knowing it was going to be correct. I've already been referring him to family and friends and more than happy to write this review.

Jeff was extremely professional, attentive, and efficient throughout the project. He was patient with our many questions and concerns. Jeff also finished the project ahead of schedule. Griffith Tile and Flooring was more expensive than other quotes received, but worth the extra money in my opinion. I felt very comfortable with Jeff and his crew in my home. Without being asked, he bought and installed all the necessary plumbing fixtures to make sure the vanity was in working order before leaving the job. Going above and beyond the agreed upon scope of work.

Jeff is a master, but we knew this already from work he had done on our daughter's outside bar. We had a few questions about how things would proceed, since we'd never been through a reno before, and he was always happy to give of his time and expertise. Jeff made sure we had input into how things were to be arranged, and the end result was exactly as we had envisioned and done perfectly.

Jeff and crew arrived promptly as scheduled with all necessary tools to complete the job. Timely and efficient work including cleanliness before and after performing job. Very happy with the grout and caulk work, shower looks new again.

Did an excellent job replacing some cracked ceramic floor tiles. I know this was a small job in comparison to most of Jeff's jobs, but he was enthusiastic about correcting my problem. Jeff was a great communicator and timely. The new tiles fit and look seamless with the existing tiles.

Jeff did a great job with no issues. Just a small job but the quality was obviously a cut above. Will use again and highly recommend.
