Description of Work: The work that was completed was quality, however as the work progressed, I begin to question why the ceramic tile price was different from mosaic tile. I asked him to provide a breakdown of the work he had already performed, he delayed in providing the list. When he finally provide the list the Cost Was Doubled!!!! |The work was never completed and I have asked for a refund, which I have not received. |

Response from Griffith Tile and Flooring
As stated by customer, I quoted the customer with a basic ceramic installation price. As tile and materials were ordered by customer and delivered to jobsite, the tile was completely different than originally discussed. The new tile included marble and mosaic tile. As i called customer and tried to reach customer, she is out of town and doesnt return my calls for 3 weeks. this project started as the customer wanted, as soon as possible. I feel that we did a good job in being responsive and punctual. After the customer asked for the new bill of the new tile installation, I was told then that she wasnt interested. A year later.

We live in a mobile home. The countertops in our kitchen and bathrooms were outdated veneer tops. Jeff removed the countertops and replaced the veneer with ceramic tile. He added a tile design over the countertop at one area and a backsplash over the stove. He had to do some design work to fit the tile over the dishwasher area, but when he had finished, we couldn't tell the difference. He did the same in the two bathrooms, the master bath and the extra bath. Everything looked so fresh when he completed the job. After finishing the countertops, I was so pleased with his work that I had him replace the laminated wood flooring in the kitchen and two baths with ceramic tile. He also tiled the utility room and the front entry. He was very efficient and did not stop until he had completed the work. His knowledge and expertise helped us in selecting our tile and grout to make the rooms really POP! I realized while watching him work, Jeff has set very high standards with his work, and when he ends a job, you will know that it was done to his high standards! I have been so pleased with his work and with the result of the renovation. I'm having him design the renovation of our master shower, and he has come up with a unique design! I'm excited for him to begin.
