Description of Work: I had a leak inside my wall. Bobby Wilson was not able to do it today so he referred me to another plumber. The plumber he referred me to came right away and fixed the issue quickly. While Bobby Wilson did not actually do any work, his referral was much appreciated along with his understanding of the importance that this issue be fixed right away. I appreciate that he made the referral rather than trying to a) keep the job for himself or b) just tell me he couldn't do it. I will definitely call him again if I need a plumber.

Description of Work: Mr Wilson replaced the thermocoupler on my hot water heater. It went fine and I will use him again.

Description of Work: Repaired T leak under the house, fixed leaking/running toilet with all new parts, replaced hoses on washer all very promptly within 24 hours of call at less than 30% of the cost quotation of local plumbing company Stewart Plumbing!

Description of Work: Cleaned out the air conditioner condensation drain located in the attic.

Description of Work: A drainage pipe was leaking on the water heater. He did not have the necessary materials to fix it and even though it was after 5pm. He drove into Southaven to get the necessary part and returned to fix it that night. He was awesome. He was very professional, kind and considerate.

Description of Work: Mr. Bobby did an excellent job replacing a gas hot water heater at our rental property. He was great bout keeping us updated and giving us information. We like to do our own projects as much as possible, but this one was a little out of our league because of the gas line. We will definitely call him again if we need plumbing services.

Description of Work: I used the services of Bobby Wilson Plumbing for water heaters. I last used them in May 2011.

Description of Work: Bobby Wilson Plumbing installed an overflow tank on my hot water heater about three years ago.

Description of Work: 3 Exterior faucets were replaced. Faucets were leaking due to worn out gaskets in the backflow preventers.

Description of Work: Called Mr. Wilson to come out and replace our old toliet with a new one that uses less water. He came out to verify the exact one we wanted. Had to order because We wanted it in almond. Toilet came in, he removed the old and started to replace the new and the bowl was cracked on it, so he calls his supplier and said "I've got to have a bowl for my customer and white will do til a new one can be ordered". He picked up the white one installed it (that was alright with us) until another bowl came in. I said can I pay you something? He said " that's not the way I do work". Wait til I finish the job. Its not finished but I know he will as quickly as he can.

Description of Work: I had a new sink installed. They had to remove all the fixtures: faucets, disposal, hot water dispenser, and sprayer and then re-install them after the new sink was in.

Description of Work: Mr. Wilson replaced parts for outside water faucets. Mr. Wilson searched for the parts that are obviously obsoleted, but he went out of his way and found the parts.

Description of Work: My husband was working out of town, yet on his most recent week-end home, our hot water heater decided to quit working.
