Outstanding service. Bobby got our new water heater installed quickly. He and his assistant were professional and courteous. There was minimal disruption to our home while the work was being done. I keep his number on the refrigerator. I highly recommend Bobby Wilson Plumbing!

Very well, water heater was removed and replaced in a reasonable amount of time. Mr. Wilson took the old water and cleaned the work area before leaving.

Bob already had work scheduled ahead of me but he got here the same day and got it fixed. He was quick and very professional. He replaced a bad themocouple and cleaned the burner. I'll be calling him next time I need plumbing fixed.

Both were repaired quickly and explained well (I like to know why something is malfunctioning).

Mr. Wilson came within a few hours of my phone call. He then called as he was getting close to my home to let me know he was on his way. Upon arriving, he immediately went to work assessing what was wrong, what parts he needed to complete the repair, and completing the repair. Within an hour my toilet was no longer leaking, flushed completely and easily, and was totally level. He could not have been more pleasant or professional and he removed all replaced parts, leaving no mess at all. I highly recommend him for any plumbing repair needed and will definitely call on his help whenever I need a plumber!

DID A GREAT JOB. HAD QUITE A BIT OF MANUAL LABOR AND WAS BY HIMSELF FOR THE DAY. HE DID IT HIMSELF RATHER THAN WAITING UNTIL ANOTHER DAY FOR HIS HELP TO COME DO IT.

We're originally from California, and Bobby Wilson is what I'd call a real southern gentleman. He fixed all the problems we had, and also provided an abundance of information on questions we had about future projects. His pricing was very reasonable, and he'll be my permanent choice for a plumber. He went out of his way to make a plumbing problem , if not enjoyable, at least endurable. Mr. Wilson was prompt, courteous and professional. He was very thorough and incredibly fair in his charges. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who truly had a customer service attitude and did not overcharge. That is a rare person to find. We highly recommend him and will use him every time a need arises.

Bobby is a very trustworthy person to have in your home. He showed up on time and performed quality plumbing work on my master bathtub. The issue was resolved on his first visit.

He is an excellent plumber. very responsive.

He arrived on time and removed the faucet to determine the type of partsneeded to repair the leak. When he realized he needed to purchase the correct part, he took a picture of the part and then returned it to my faucet. When He turned the water back on, the leak did not reappear! Mr. Wilson refused to allow me to pay him for his service call and promised to keep the picture in his phone should the faucet begin leaking again. I will definitely call him again for any plumbing services needed!

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had in having a professional come to my home to fix a problem. As stated above, this man showed excellent skill, did the work efficiently with no wasted time, and was very, very fair and reasonable in his charges. He did a great job, and I gladly recommend him. I would use him again without any question whatsoever.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Initial estimate and completion was much faster than we expected. We will definitely use Mr. Wilson's services again. He was also able to give us the name of another person, Colin Wilson, who tiled our upstairs bath.

I had a problem and a guy from the company came out. He was really good and he did not charge me anything because he was able to come and point out what my problem was which I did not see. He did not do any work for me. He just came in and told me what the problem was that I missed. He had a flashlight and I did not use a flashlight and he saw where my toilet was leaking. He told me how to fix it because he could fix it but he would have to charge me but if I wanted to fix it myself, it would be pretty easy. He could have charged me and he could have said, "Well, I have gone out so I have a minimum charge." So, I think that he should get credit for not asking me to pay but it took him a couple of months to get out there.

It went very well and he did excellent work. He is very easy to reach and responds quickly to phone calls. He has competetive pricing and I've never had to call him back to fix any of his work. I've been using him for 20 yeas.

Like all of my previous experiences with Mr. Wilson, this one went smoothly. My kitchen sink faucet broke. I purchased a new one and called Mr. Wilson to install it for me. We made an appointment, which he kept promptly. He made sure that the replacement I purchased was what I needed and then installed it. He told me that, had I purchased an inferior brand, he would have declined to install it because it would not have held up. Mr. Wilson has been my plumber for several years. He is prompt, polite, and competent. I tease him about this, but he is also the cleanest plumber I have ever seen. He not only doesn't make a mess when he is working, but his clothes are always immaculate.

He is excellent. He was on time and he was very honest. I had no problems with him at all. I will absolutely use them again.

Checked around and found a plumber that would install the faucets $50.00 cheeper so he got the job. It went very well.

The work is competent and reliable. The price was too expensive and unreasonable. I would not use them again.

Contacted Mr Wilson late Thursday afternoon and established a time to meet the next day. Mr Wilson arrived on time, introduced himself and began evaluating the plumbing problem shortly thereafter. Since the parts supplier was closing soon, Mr Wilson promised he would look for replacment parts Saturday morning and if available, he would return Saturday afternoon and complete the job. As promised, Mr Wilson called Satruday afternoon saying he managed to find the parts and if my schedule permits, he would stop by and complete the job. Excellent work!! Mr Wilson is not only a good plumber but a true gentleman. Should I ever need plumbing assistance in the future, I won't hesitate to call Mr Wilson. I highly recommend Mr Wilson.
