I live in a trailer, and we installed what was there, 3 ton. It was not toting the mail, they exchanged it for a 4 ton, no questions asked, no money exchanged. The service I recieve from them is AWSOME. You are gonna pay a little more for a Trane, but, how does the saying go, "YOU CANT STOP A TRANE"! I am BEYOND PLEASED with everything about this company!!!!!

Marcus was my technican, he was fantastic. Very prompt, customer service was on point. He was mindful of the Covid-19 precautions, very knowledgeable about and providing me some education of HVAC. Thanks so much for the great service.

AirSouth is my air condition company. Coil replacement in most difficult spot in the house/attics. After job was complete the unit still did not cool after a couple of days. Technician sent to investigate no questions asked and no money exchanged. Found source of problem but made a mistake in the recharge of unit so, couple of days later still not cooling. Again without hesitation and with urgency technician sent to try and figure out what was going on, fixed the charge issue and unit has been working without incident for over a month. Warranty on work and customer service unparalleled in this area, they have my business. Very professional group with invoices and quotes and such. About to join a home warranty company and will pay the extra amount it will cost us to be able to choose AirSouth for all our air condition needs.

I called and talked with several repair people and these was the only one that did what they said. Every person I talked with on the phone or person has been great. They are installing our new system in a few weeks so I will have a better story then but so far they are good.

Brian came to my house at 11:30 and spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with my new AC Unit that would not turn on. I was surprised he offered to come so late in the middle of the night but thankful he did! Would recommend to anyone with AC issues.
