Converted home from a package to a split new system. Salesman great, installer great, only complaint was a scheduling problem on the second day of work. Air South provided by far the best price and value after having received over 5 different bids on my Central AC and Heat Pump replacement. They also replaced all my duct work. They are extremely professional, on time, and worked with my schedule to make sure things got put in according to my progress as I renovated a house. I can't recommend this company enough. From their customer service folks to the on-site technicians to the owner, James Sinclair, I had a wonderful experience in this phase of my project. Also, they helped in recommending the best value system and not the most expensive for my application - saving money is always nice. Also the work was paid in progress payments that I felt comfortable with. What a great company and something that is hard to find in this day and age with a lot of shoddy contractors out there. Eliot Wallace replaced our thermostat. He was extremely professional and helpful. Air South dispatched him when we called after hours because our heater wouldn't work.
