My A/C went out late on Saturday afternoon and they called after I went through HomeAdvisor and they came out that night and fixed it. I was completely satisfied and will use them from now on. Thanks for your great service.

Professionalism and quality of work performed are second to none. When installation crew left, there was no sign they were eve here except for a brand new A/C unit and a cool house. Excellent job.

Called before coming, asked about "symptoms", explained possible issues, ran tests, suggested resolutions for current and future issues. Tech was polite and punctual.

The lady that took my request was very pleasant. The technician (James) was extremely professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly. He arrived promptly, as scheduled. The whole experience with AIRSOUTH was Great to say the least..

My a/c was not cooling. And of course it was on the weekend. I went on the internet and found air south cooling and entered in my contact info. Within 1 minute I received a call. I was expecting them to say they would send someone out on Monday. But to my surprise they sent someone out within 2 hours on a Saturday night. The technician was very friendly and professional and got my unit fixed in 3o minutes. I would highly recommend air south cooling.

Everything was great except the price was too high.

James came out on Saturday night. Our regular a/c people were not available. He was very helpful, courteous and explained our problem and the solution in understandable language. That is helpful for non mechanical types. I highly recommend this company.

After realizing that we had a problem with our air conditioning unit, I did not know where to turn, so I, like thousands of others, went to the internet. I came upon the website for Home Advisor and read some reviews for different companies. I got in touch with Home Advisor and they quickly got me in touch with AirSouth Cooling and Heating. From the initial conversation with scheduling my appointment until after the service call was completed, I could not believe the promptness the company was in helping us fix the problem. After receiving the necessary repairs, I became a Comfort Club member so that, in the future, we can count on AirSouth to make a spring and winter assessment of our unit to improve the life span and efficiency. So on those hot days of summer (and we all know how Mississippi weather can be) or cold days of winter we will have the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. I would recommend this company to any person needing any type of cooling or heating problem.
