I had originally posted the below review of AirSouth and after I was contacted by the company and the points I made were all addressed and taken care of 6 more inches of insulation was added to my attic exceeding the amount that was supposed to be put in. The broken ceiling was repaired and the man that came and fixed was a super guy. The back room really could not be taken care of so AirSouth purchased and installed a window unit to help in moving cooler air into that room can not say if it will work or not been to cold since it was done to try it out. If needed I would hire them again**********Airsouth came as a recommendation from a home improvement website. I reviewed the company and while there were some bad reviews the majority seem good. When I contacted them a sales person I believe his name was Ben came to my home and as I explained the issues I was having he kept saying we can take care of that and have it blowing snowballs in here. The order was placed and when the service personnel arrived to do the work they had no clue as to what was supposed to be done. I had to re explain everything that needed to be done. One item was I wanted 10 inches of new insulation blown in, well I got new insulation blown in but it was not 10 new inches it was enough to use what I already had plus the new to make 10 inches. At some point during the work being done some one step on my ceiling sheet rock and broke it this was brought to their attention and the only response I received was yea I never saw that before. And, I am still waiting for it to blow snowballs.

My service eexpert, James Sinclair- Was very professional. He explained the problem and how we would fix it. As we were talking about my AC/heat unit, he told me about Jeff's Comfort Club. Explained every thing , so I understood it all .Thank you

James was very detail oriented in explanation of the situation and the options. Overall they did a quality job!

The entire process from my initial inquires to the final installation was exceptional. From the receptionist, to the sales person, to the technicians, the customer service was fantastic. Most professional and friendly. The techs did a superb job, under some difficult circumstances. Pouring rain, they worked diligently to complete the installation. Just a fantastic job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

James was most professional and couldn't have asked for better response- and this was late on a Saturday evening too!
