Very nice company, all the technicians are very professional young Men and they don't mind answering any of our questions, it is an all day and maybe next day installation. Even the supervisor was nice and he worked just as hard as the rest of the guys.

The two men who performed the AC upgrade were very professional and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend, Landon and Blaze to anyone who ask for help . I was impressed they came and diagnosed the problem, very professionally;orderd what we needed. The only thing I did not like was I had to call them and make sure appointment for installing was still on; found out it was Not,It had not come in. Had to call them again the next time to make sure it was in and it was and appointment was confirmed. They arrived in the scheduled time frame; Very nice and did a good job, very careful bringing it in and installing in a tight space, they cleaned up after themselves and explained how to operate it to us VERY pleased with it all in all, just wish they had kept me updated about installation time

We called AirSouth to perform a fall check-up before we turned out our gas heat. The lady that set up the appointment was very nice and professional. They kept me apprised of the time of my appointment and sent reminders. When Elliot (the Tech) arrived he was very professional. He has such a good attitude and connects with his customers. He explains everything he did. I am very pleased and will recommend this company to others. This is the Air South in Mendenhall, MS.
