Crazy fast

The service tech stopped my leak in the HVAC and lit my power light to make sure heat worked as well but the bill was outrageous for about 15 mins of work--over $450. I have never paid such an exorbitant rate for similar work in 13 years. I cannot affford the monthly plan the tech recommended in addition to that bill and texted them asking for cancellation. Most companies just do annual maintenance anyway not monthly. I felt ripped off since I like to eat and buy other basic necessities and will not use them again.

Although they came to do the job. After examining the air conditioning. I was given an honest opinion about the condition of the air conditioning condition, I was recommended it was to far gone. I appreciate the honesty.So I decided to wait for another time to look into another airconditionor.

AireSouth Cooling and Heating did an estimate of the duct work required to repair the duct system. Since I had metal ducts, they recommended only new insulation installed on it.. They also recommended cleaning all ducts. Four technicians worked on the system for about 3 hours per day, over a 3 day period. All the technicians answered all our questions and their work was outstanding. The house is a little cooler now, even with a little higher thermostat setting. We are very pleased with our service from AirSouth Cooling and Heating.

Cooling of the air conditioner is not where it once was.

I received a call within seconds and had an appointment within two days. From the receptionist who took the call and the technician who performed the work I was more than pleased compared to the company at my last residence. Well Done!

Airsouth is s 24-7 support company, so you can get assistance any time of the day, a big plus. Everyone contacted was polite. Although the HVAC problem remained after the first visit, the problem had been narrowed down and the AC hasn't had a problem after that short second visit.

I have never been more pleased with a company I have just met. From day one, from the first message and phone call, AirSouth has been dependable, honest, upfront, understanding, professional, and curtious. I have met several of their staff, from reception to technitians to their install crew. I have had nothing but wonderful encounters from kindhearted, well-wishing, honest people that are excited to solve problems and find the best solution. I cannot express just how pleased I and my family are with this company as a whole and the wonderful individuals that make it up.
