Professional installation; professional and knowledgeable sales. Yoder's is more expensive than the local competition but the service & trusted reputation is worth the extra expense.

Michael was very prompt and interested what i had to say about the units. He diagnosed the problem quickly very patient with answering my questions I strongly suggest Michael.

No other company would come out. They were very professional, courteous, and came when they said they would.

Beginning with initial phone call and throughout entire process Mr Yoder and his staff were very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I strongly recommend Yoder's Heating and Air to anyone in need of heating and or air system services!

Arrived on time, trouble-shooting fast, had part on quick, back on time.

I contacted Yoder's at 8am on Monday morning because my AC went out Saturday night. The representative on the phone told me a technician would be dispatched to my home that afternoon after 1pm. I was also told, contrary to their advertisement for free estimates on repair, that there would be an $80 charge for the house call, but I agreed since the company was so highly rated. I had no further contact from Yoder's until 4:15pm when the technician called and told me he would be there in half an hour. I was somewhat amazed both in how late they decided to call and that the technician would work so late, but I gave him directions to my home, which his GPS could not find and since he claimed he did not know the area. At 5:15pm, I was contacted by the dispatcher and told no one would be out today to fix my AC but the technician would be there on Tuesday after 1pm. I agreed and started searching for other repair companies. Tuesday I waited all day for someone from Yoder's to call or arrive, but was never contacted and no one came to repair my AC. That evening I contacted another technician who came out to my home Wednesday morning at 9am and had the problem fixed in under half an hour. Sometime after 2pm on Wednesday, I was called by the Yoder's dispatcher again and asked if I still needed a technician. No apology, no acknowledgement that they no-showed on Tuesday, and no attempt to make good was made with leaving my family without AC for two additional days during the hottest month of the year. I informed the dispatcher I would not ever need their services again.

They have done a good job for us and maintained it. They always show up on time.

They are great. They came and put the system in in one day. They even did work through the night. They did beyond what was needed to do to install one. My home is older and I did not have the correct plug in where it was at so they reinstalled that. They actually even ran the wiring and put a shut off on the outside which was never there before. They are probably the best people I have ever had come work on my house. They even called afterwards to make sure that everything was alright and everything was cleaned up. I had to call them one Friday afternoon because the air conditioner went out. They are in another city and I did not expect them to come till Monday. However, they came back the following Saturday morning.

They do awesome. They even clean up behind themselves. They will wear booties when they come in the house so they don’t track up your floor.

Their service was fine. They responded in a timely fashion. It did not take them that long to come in.

I thought they did an excellent job. They were clean, quick, and efficient. They are now on an annual contract where they will come and take care of it for me.

The owner called me back and fixed the issue, I would recommend a company that cared about there customer service like this company does.

Because I am signed up to have my unit serviced twice a year they were familar with my address and unit. They brought the right parts, was very professional about entering my home and was as quiet as could be with the babies sleeping. They are a christian company with workers who do not smoke, cuss, be rude or flirt with any customers. The employees are all screened for criminal activity and are trustworthy. They are also contracted to work for Lowes and Home Depot customers. I have been a customer since 1997. We love the service we get from them.

They are a very nice family. They started out years ago in the plumbing business, and now they do HV/AC. They are very reliable people. As far as I'm concerned, they are the best people in the area. They are very reasonably priced, and professional. Yes, without a doubt, I will use them again.

I love them. They are very accommodating and I use them whenever needed. They put booties over their shoes when they come in the house and they always cleaned up after themselves. They do great work and we have been very happy with them.

The work has been excellent. They come when they say they are going to come and they do what they say they are going to do.

Well, It was a very hot summer day and I am a vert sick person that cant take the heat. My air conditioner broke and It is luck that I live just 4 miles from Yoders so they sent someone stright out to my house to solve my problem. Like I said my health is not good and heat could put me in the hospital and the understanding professionals at Yoders are also involved in the local volinteer programs so they know how important it is to get emergemcy help to someone in need. They responded to my need and I owe them for it because it kept me out os the hospital. My airconditioner was up and running in a short time.
