Great experience overall - very professional installation.

We have used Yoder's for a number of years and we have found them to be more than satisfactory. They are on time, knowledgeable and communicate very well. The prices appear to be reasonable.

Was told they would have a tech out that day. By 11:00 I received a pone call that said tech was on the way. Tech arrived 15 minutes later and solved issue within 30 minutes. I was VERY satisfied.

They arrived when thy said they would be here and went right to work removing the old unit and installed the new unit. A new thermostat was installed and was explained how to work it. They cleaned up the yard and hauled the old unit and all the boxes and trash from the yard, I have used Yoders since 2012 and would recommend them to anyone that needed professional Air Condition work done for their home or business .

Getting a central air system installed in our house was a major decision. We had representatives from several companies come to our home and give us estimates. We also spent a lot of time researching ac systems online and decided that a Trane unit, from its reputation and reviews, would provide us with the top quality product we wanted. Our decision to go with Yoder's was ultimately based on the confidence we had in the company and its owner, James Yoder. James himself came to our home and stayed approximately two hours familiarizing himself with our home and working up a plan for the best system for our house and for us. When I called him a week later with a question, he came by in person again to address our concerns. We wanted to make sure we were getting the best unit possible with a warranty to stand behind it - not just from the manufacturer, but from the contractor, too. And, with Trane and Yoder's, we think we got both! From our first meeting with James all the way through the installation we never questioned that the job was being done right. We were told what to expect of the crew and when to expect them to arrive. On the first morning that the work was to begin we received a phone call from the Yoder's office to let us know that the crew would arrive about thirty minutes later than the time we had been told to expect them. We really appreciated that act of consideration. The whole crew was very friendly, respectful, and competent. If we had questions they answered them courteously and patiently. They kept the work area clean and hauled away all of the trash created in such a project. The installation was completed just in time for our long, hot Mississippi summer. The system has worked beautifully! It is very quiet and keeps our home so very comfortable! And - yay! - our electric bill is lower than in previous years when we had only window ac's for cooling. We have received follow-up calls from Yoder's to make sure all is working well, and it is. It is a great system, and we are confident that Yoder's will make sure we are happy with it for many years to come.

Very Professional company.. Company rep came out and measured for sizing. He explained to me my options and efficiency ratings compared to costs. The unit was installed as promised and on time. Very neat and organized job. When trim out time came, technician came in with boot covers on his shoes and cleaned up every scrap of garbage left over from job. He actually cleaned up a mess that I had made the night before trimming out my windows. Overall...... GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! After the unit had been in and running all summer long and the nights had started cooling off. I had a small problem with the thermostat. I called Yoder' s on a Saturday morning and within 45 minutes had a technician at my house to fix the problem. He was there approximately 30 minutes and had the unit running as designed. He also completed a scheduled service while he was at my home. A+++ Company!

The last time was really, really good. The guy was patient. He was really good. Quality was very good. Responsiveness was also very good. They usually had to remind me when it was time to do it. Punctuality was good.

Great! Mr. Yoder came out from a neighboring town (about 20 mi) after 5:00 and unti was replaced as soon as it came in.

You get what you pay for. Yoder's is expensive but their service and quality work more than make up for the price. I would never let another A/C company in my home other than Yoder's.

Since buying this house, this is the third time I've used Yoder's. They are always available for emergency house calls. Honestly, being new to the area, I took a chance to call Yoder's the first time & because of their commitment & integrity, I've no reason to deal with anyone else for my home's heating & cooling system. I have experienced their "working to a higher standard" & while some might not agree with price, I'm thankful for Yoder's coming out on Sunday afternoon. The service tech, Michael, answered all of our questions & provided us with the required services on this call. He was able to determined the problem immediately & resolve it quickly.

While the unit was a little expensive, as Trane products usually are, the service was excellent and installers left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived. My old unit worked well for 26 years, so the investment in the Trane was made with the same longevity in mind. Very positive experience. I could not recommend another company more strongly.

It was approx. 5:00 PM on Friday and we discovered our AC not cooling. I called a rep of Yoders that I knew and he called the service person who was in our area finishing another job. He was at our house within 30 minutes. He determined the problem and gave us an estimate of cost. After the work was completed he had actually gave the job for less!
