This is absolutely the best plumbing company I have ever used. Each crew has 2 people, I have used 2 defferent teams, they are professional. They get the job done and they are pleasant while they are doing it. As I said the last time I used them I will never use a different Plumbing Company. Tthe last thing the fellows said as they left is that they or someone from thieir company was available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day for emergency service and if I needed them all I had to do was call They gave me same day service both times I called them

They were very prompt, and courteous, and I felt they were very honest.

Out 2 hours after call. Very pleasant and professional. $125 for service call.

Plumber arrived on time as promised, was very courteous, he then determined what needed to be done, explained it to us and proceeded with job which was snaking out the line and replacing a coupling or 2. They will be doing all my plumbing from now on

Like I said, I've used Wright plumbing before and was extremely satisfied with his service and price. As long as I live in the service area of Wright Plumbing nobody but Chris will touch another water pipe in my house! This guy is not only an extraordinary plumber, but he is an honest and sincere individual. Most of my plumbing problems have bubbled to the surface (pardon the pun) because of the poor craftsmanship that was used when my house was built (thrown together) during the housing boom. Chris was able to figure out and repair all of my plumbing problems when nobody else could find the root of my problem. You can't go wrong with hiring Wright Plumbing for your plumbing needs. If you're looking for someone that you can count on to do what they say and charge a fair price for the work, then you don't need to look any further. I simply cannot say enough good things about this business/ individual...a class act!

Chris has been my plumber for ten years. He is the absoluteand quot;BESTand quot;. He works with me on scheduling, which is not an easy thing to do for a service company. His price was less than his estimate. He and his worker even ckeaned out one of my bathtubs. They work clean and keep you informed about arrival time. All around professional. They were very honest with us about the leak not being from the roof but from a leaking pipe in the wall.

From the time I called on Monday, i was take care of promptly within two days. I was even taken care of for less than the estimated cost.

Jeremy Roberts and another employee arrived soon after calling to notify me they were on the way. I showed them my problem and took them to the attic. After finding the blockage, they attempted to clear it but it was not possible. Old two inch cast iron p-trap was capped off. Two inch section of cast iron pipe was removed and cable was run to make sure line was clear. The they installed new PVC p-trap and rerouted the drain lines to the new trap. No further damage was done to my bathroom ceilings and both bathrooms were left clean. After completing everything, they tested it before leaving. Both young men were polite and worked continuously the entire time they were in my home. I could not be more pleased!

Gave them a call after hours, showed up the next morning right on time. Covered up everything, talked softly while working, stayed busy no goofing off, great cleanup after the job. Just one word perfect perfect perfect use them!!!

I've called on Wright Plumbing a number of times over the last 4-5 years for tasks ranging from installing a toilet to unclogging drain lines to repairing a slab leak. Most recently, I had a small leak under a baseboard in my living room. Jeremy with Wright Plumbing figured out it was coming from a vent pipe in the wall, and after cutting a piece of the wall away, we could see that the 4-inch vent pipe had become separated. (Not broken, but separated, and easily joined back together.) My guess is that a guy who did some roof work for me last year tugged on the vent pipe and didn't realize he'd pulled it apart in the wall. Over the last year I had noticed a little moisture under the baseboard, but not enough to consider it serious. Jeremy also installed a p-trap on a new condensate line running from my new AC unit in the attic to the same vent pipe. The increased water flow from the new AC is what worsened the baseboard leak - which ended up being a positive thing, because I had no idea the pipe in the wall had come apart and was in SERIOUS need of attention. The AC installers ran the new condensate line directly into the vent pipe without sealing or caulking of any kind. The connection is much sturdier now, and the p-trap provides protection for my AC equipment should the vent pipe get backed up - which is highly unlikely, but still, the p-trap is the right answer. Wright is not the cheapest, but from my experience, they are serious about finding the root cause of problems and doing things right the first time. And when it comes to plumbing, I definitely want to know that the problem is NOT coming back.

Chris was called initially to check a back up in our sewer line, and determined a break. He found a way to reroute the line rather than tearing up the entire inside of our house the way that others had planned. His prices are more than fair, and he is extremely good at what he does. He did all of the work in one day and we got on with our lives! Use Chris!

The company refused to provide details on the work performed or the parts used on either property. Without knowing what was done, it is difficult to say whether the job performance was satisfactory. Without details of work performed, it is difficult to know what work was performed and what particulars were used. Hence the pricing is most unsatisfactory.
