Thought my sudden drop in water pressure near bedtime was a temporary problem in the area, but it persisted the next morning. Going to get the paper, we noticed water pouring from the landscaping beds onto the driveway creating a lake in the yard. I called the man who maintains my personal water treatment system to ask for a plumber referral and without hesitation he referred Chris Wright. I called the Wright Plumbing number at 601-898-3223 and Chris himself answered. Due to our recent severe drought problems, he said that leaks were happening all over due to the ground drying up and shifting. Chris promised to get a plumber out by the next day due to the work volume they were experiencing, but would do all possible to get someone by today. That was fine as I was aware of several people having similar leaks. However, within the hour I got a call from Jeremy who was in a nearby subdivision and could come by. Jeremy came quickly, diagnosed the leak to be a common problem where intake joins the house, found it, dug it out and repaired it. So in less than 3 hours from my call my leak was fixed in what I expected to be a 30 hour time frame. Wright Plumbing took care of my problem faster than I expected. I give them superlative ratings in all categories. Now I'm going to take a shower.

!I called Wright Plumbing between 6 and 6:15 AM and left a voice mail for a service call. I also called two other plumbers during this time. I received a call back from Chris Wright around 7:30, told him what was going on. He asked a few questions, advised that we should start with a leak detection and he could be out in 1/2 an hour. He advised that I not call my insurance until after the leak detection. Chris arrived within the promised 30 minutes and went right to work. He found the leak quickly and since it was outside the foundation he went right to work digging up the pipe, clearing the hole and fixing the leak. Then he covered the hole and even replaced the landscaping. Less than 12 hours had passed since we discovered the leak to Chris having our water back on. Thanks for your help today Chris!

The plumber had to move 3 potted plants, remove mulch and weed protector to get to the dirt. then he had to did a hole 3 and a half feet deep and that wide through a soupy mud mix caused by the leak in order to get to the pipe that was leaking. He then repaired the the leak which entailed replacing about 2 and feet of 3/4 in pipe and another foot and a half of 1/2 in pipe, 4 couplings, and a tee. He then tested the fix and replaced the mud/dirt. He was very professional, an excellent worker and very knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again for plumbing work.

The were very professional and courteous. They explained what was wrong and they cleaned up the end results after unclogging the pipe.

This was our second experience with Wright . Prompt, very careful and clean, could not be better. Very pleased with their service, and will certainly use them again.

He did it so he did not have to do drywall repairs. He saved us much money when he could charge us much money, but he did not. They are just very professional and they tell you what is wrong. They do not tell you what you want to hear and they do not try to rip you off. They are just very professional and honest people.

When our old hot water heater started spewing water and had no shut off valve we had to shut the water to the entire house down. Within a couple of hours of our telephone conversation they were at the house. They could not repair the old unit but had a unit in stock and by noon they had installed the new unit, put in a shut off valve, cleaned up and were gone. It was probably the fastest service I have ever received. The work was clearly top notch and we are back in business with hot water. I would absolutely contact Wright again if I had any plumbing issues.

Hands down the BEST plumbing company out there. They are professional, punctual and honest. I 100% recommend using this company. They saved me thousands of dollars because they are good at what they do AND honest. My quote was 4800 but when they got in there they saw they could fix it another way and I only paid 1400.00. I'll never use another plumber. Wright Plumbing is an A++++++ company. USE THEM!

We had a back up of the main sewer over the weekend that we managed to contain before it became a catastrophe. We called Wright's Plumbing due to the outstanding reviews on Angie's List and were not disappointed. My husband spoke to the office and they managed to send someone out in two hours. The guys were very professional and courteous and after a very brief time had cleaned out the sewer lines all the way to the street. They stayed long enough for me to run a short cycle of the washing machine to ensure the problem was solved. I was very impressed with their service and will use them again for any plumbing needs.

Everything went very well. They arrived on time, and they did the when in less than 30 minutes. The only way I could tell they had been there was from the slight smell of having to sweat copper. There was absolutely no mess left behind. The final bill better than I had anticipated.

Went well. Guys came when expected. Did the job, Stopped leak, replaced old valves and I expect that I will not have this problem here again. This is a great company I have used several times now and I have learned over the years that you get what you pay for and their work is top notch. I appreciate them.

Arrived same day, even though it was very late in the afternoon. Was dressed appropriately and very professional. Went the extra mile to be sure my leak was from the toilet, ie checking the shower, getting in the attic, checking my water heater ( which he informed me was 21 years old.) I was very grateful to know that. I will be using wright plumbing from now on.

I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Chris, who was very pleasant and would have had someone to my home the same day I called but I preferred the following day. Jeremy came with an apprentice. Both men were very pleasant. One shower was quickly repaired. The faucet in the other shower required a part to be ordered so the repair could be completed but Jeremy did enough to stop the river that was running down the tile face. Jeremy called when he said he would the following week to install the new part. The second faucet doesn't leak. I would hire again.

It turned out to be the water pump on the washing machine. I have used them many times and have alwasy gotten prompt curtious service.

Great response time. Called in morning and repaired in the afternoon and it was a bitter cold day for Mississippi! When I told him on the phone that my husband wanted to start digging to find the exact location, he let me know if I was able to dig up the pipe that would save me money. So husband dug up the pipe and work started as soon as Wright showed up. Friendly and kept me informed every step of the repair. Will definitely call them again!

On Thanksgiving Day I heard a strange sound coming from our kitchen pantry. I investigated and found the source of the noise was one of those and quot;junction boxesand quot; for our home water system - it's a box where several plastic hot and cold water pipes come together in one location and one of the pipes was leaking. I know a little about plumbing but had never worked with either plastic pipe fittings or that type of junction box, so I thought I had better call a plumber. But, on the day after Thanksgiving I was prepared to deal with the leak for a day or two while I waited. Looked at the Angie's List Web site and found Wright Plumbing in my area had pretty much straight and quot;A'sand quot; so I called them. They said coming out Friday morning would be no problem - very courteous over the phone. Plumber showed up, explained the problem, fixed it and went on his way. Fixture had an internal clamp that was broken so I was glad I called. Throughout the process Wright was really good and I really apprecaited their prompt attention to my problem.
