"Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."

"Kory Melton called me in late October 2023 after learning from Angi that I was looking for a handyman to paint my newly built storage building. Kory came back out in early November. 2023 and painted the exterior of my storage building but did not paint the door because he needed to fix it with some plywood he said he had at home. He worked that day about 4 hours then we sat on my front steps and talked about his family and his upcoming hunting trip. He said he would be gone for a couple of weeks and when he got back, he would bring the materials and fix the door and paint it. It was at that point that I paid him the $400.00 in cash, our agreed amount, and he told me that the payment included his fixing and finishing the job. I waited a month and I did not hear from him so I called and sent him several texts to find out when he was coming to finish my job. I have the last text dated January 2024 in which he said he would come back or send his helper when he got the chance.. To date, he has not been back and my job has NOT been completed!
