Otis took really good care of me. He is very professional, communicated with me constantly, and and made everything go nice and smooth. He is a good and trustworthy person. I would use him again and again.

We have hired Otis and his crew for numerous projects over the last six months. He has become our go-to contractor for any carpentry or painting work that needs to be done around our school building. His work is always professional, always punctual and his prices are very fair. We've really come to rely on him to get things done.

I submitted a very lengthy review last year after the bathroom install and Angie's List did not 'take' it, so I gave up. Now, after the a/c unit was installed maybe it will 'take' my review for both jobs but a short one will have to do. Mr. Taylor is highly professional from the moment of a job request, throughout the job, and finishing. He doesn't veer from the initial estimate, when he will arrive, what the job entails, nor the payment amount. He's courteous, knowledgeable, does a clean job during, and stands by his word. I have never in my life (older generation) incountered any individual who is as professional as Mr. Taylor. His work ethic is impeccable! He's done 2 jobs for me so far, and no, they won't be the last.

Was hesitant to get a door placed because it was a metal overlap door. Mr. Taylor came installed the door in less than 30 min.He had all the tools to do the job which was a lot cheaper than me going to buy or rent tools.Could not be more pleased no more me getting up and down to let the pet in.

We asked for several bids on this project, and Mr. Taylor's bid was the most reasonable. He had excellent suggestions for the work we wanted done, and assured us he could do the job. I thought perhaps we could get it done quickly, with Christmas about to happen. Oh my gosh!! Two days later, Mr. Taylor sent out the most wonderful crew, especially John and Allen. They were punctual, pleasant, very polite, and exceedingly considerate. They managed to put together a backyard fence that I am convinced will outfox any dog I ever have (no easy task). They did it in sections, so I could let the dogs out at lunch and at night. The deck is beautiful, so much better and safer than before, and built to last. They added a lovely roof that enhances the usefulness of the space. It feels as if we have an added new room to the house. We are certain we have added to the value of our home by their excellent craftsmanship!

The job went well. Mr Taylor completed the work on time for the agreed upon price. The quality of the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend Mr Taylor to all the out of town landlords that own rental property in the Jackson area. He is very professional and does high quality work at a reasonable price. Best of all he is honest and trust worthy which is critical for out of town landlords.

Mr. Taylor provided excellent customer service at a reasonable cost. He was very prompt in communicating with my tenants as well as keeping me updated on his progress. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We currently live out of state. Otis meet with us and did all the work that was agreed upon. Stayed in constant contact on progress and issues if they occurred. It was nice to have someone that we felt we could trust to do the work without having to be here. I would recommend his services to anyone that may be in the same situation or if you live in the surrounding area.

We had some electrical work done by Mr. Taylor. He was able to supply us with a person to complete the electrical and did a good job on the patching the ceiling. He was friendly and was willing to work around our schedule, he even came on a Saturday. He went above and beyond to get the job done.

It went very well.. Otis is a super nice guy and very professional. I called him and told him what I wanted done, he came out within a couple of days and gave me a price... within 2 days, Otis had the material delivered to our house. and 3 days after that, his crew of 5 men came out and started on this project..They set all the post in concrete the first day.. the next day it rained therefore they could not do any work that day. Once the rain stopped,his crew was back out here and within 2 days, this porch was finished,except the metal roof... Otis came out and get the measurements for the metal roof, it took about a week for the order to be ready to pick up, once it was in, Otis was out this morning with his son 4/9/16 to finish up this project... .My husband and I are very well pleased and would highly recommend Otis Taylor to do any kind remodeling or building a porch/deck...

It when very well. We have received compliments from our neighbors on the work done, and the house now has that "curbside" appeal that we always wanted. The workmen used brushes not rollers and took their time getting it right. They came back over the next few weeks to inspect it and do touch-up work.

Mr. Taylor did excellent, top quality work. He arrived on time and was friendly and cordial the entire time. Would recommend him to anyone needing carpentry/handyman work. He is a great man as well.

Excellent, as a NJ resident with rental property in Jackson. Ms & Mr. Taylor, the contractor was exactly the man i needed, his prices were very good. However, most impressively, he performed high quality work. He worked and cleaned efficiently . He met deadlines and was very considerate of my tenants. I now call him whenever i need repairs done in my property, two thousand miles away from my residence and he always comes though.

This is just part of a long-term project and he was the only contractor who would sign on, and provided suggestions throughout. One contractor interviewed just wanted to slap paint on the outside of the house, knowing that the wood was not in any condition for paint and even having and advertising that his company had the skills to do carpentry work. The cost of service also includes the cost of materials.

We just got a quote from them ad we didn't use them.

I would never recommend them to anyone.

He had some orders ahead of mine, and explained this. But he did the work well.

Everything went well and appreciated efficient and timely service.

Mr. Taylor came, looked at the job and called the next day with a price. He set up the time that he would start. He was here as promised and finished the time in the timeframe that he had said. We found Mr. Taylor to be a Christian and very professional. His work was outstanding and we certainly plan to use him again in the very near future for other projects around our home.

Mr. Taylor replaced the ceiling and walls with new sheetrock cutting in all of the necessary electrical openings.
