The second time was nothing like the first time. Mr. Taylor was doing remodeling on my rental. He was doing ok, but something came up where I needed to know if it was worth the money, so I asked him to stop. When I was at the location he called and I advised that I wanted to get someone to evaluate if the house was stable. It was. I called Mr. Taylor to see when we could meet. On July 10 he advised that he would call me on the following Wednesday to see if we could meet then. I didn't hear from him until about Aug. 8. Since I didn't hear from him. I found somebody else. On Sep. 26, I got a text wanting to know if I wanted to close out. I did and he sent me a bill for $2500. I thought the price was much too high for partial work. People that had recent bath remodels and others in the field also thought that. He refused to negotiate for an agreeable amount. I finally sent the payment because of the amount of time spent and I didn't want this to come back on me.

Amazing service and high quality work, Mr Taylor was excellent throughout the process with constant communication about timelines for getting work done, and advice for different aspects of the project. He was open and honest about everything going on, and worked around my schedule as best he could to get everything completed. Workers were timely and very friendly, and always cleaned up after they were finished. I will most certainly be reaching to him for more work in the future, and cannot recommend enough!

Mr. Taylor was very fair and professional. I needed a part of the ceiling on my back porch replaced, and he did a wonderful job!!! He also discovered an additional problem and corrected it without charging extra. I will most definitely be calling on him again! Thanks, Mr Taylor!!!

Mr. Taylor removed bars from my house. He is very professional. He gave me an estimate within days of asking and advised me of what problems may occur. He was flexible scheduling the project, even to doing the work outside of his normal schedule. The work was done when promised and I received pictures when the job was completed. Mr. Taylor is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to contact and answers any questions you have. I have other projects and I will use them again.

Expert clean-up, impeccable service, professional, polite considerate, knowledgeable and efficient. He has a team of people that can do ANYTHING! For example, this time I had a huge tree fall on my fence and a secondary structure. The tree was huge and was in my yard and the neighbors and of course when it fell it exploded leaving pieces everywhere including across the property line. Mr. Taylor, removed all the tree and cleaned up all the debris. He repaired the fence AND removed the tree in one day. There's nothing like having someone that you know you can rely on when your across one of those curve balls that life inevitably throws at us. That's how I found him- and he has been willing to do anything that we need EVEN OVER holiday's!!! Not only does Mr. Otis do fantastic work, but he is an absolutely pleasure to work with. He is a wonderful communicator and worked so graciously when I had to adjust our schedule at last minute. And the work he did was/is IMPECCABLE and SEAMLESS. If you’ve ever had any ceiling issues, you know that sometimes it is easy to spot- but his work makes the fix look like there was never an issue. I am so thrilled to have found someone I trust to help me with the revamp of my house!

We were in need of a long overdue kitchen remodel. We didn't have a clue as to who we could get to do it. After looking on Angie's List we ran across Taylor's Remodeling, and his positive reviews. We contacted Mr. Taylor who informed us that he was backed up on projects and it would be three weeks before he could come out and give us an estimate. When that time came Mr. Taylor came out and looked at our project and within a week or so we had an estimate. We decided to go with Mr. Taylor and so glad we did. Mr. Taylor was up front with us on every aspect of the remodel. As with all projects, you run into a few bumps in the road, but Mr. Taylor was right there to do his best to make it right. We are very pleased with the outcome of our kitchen and will recommend Taylor's Remodeling to anyone who is going to do a kitchen remodel.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Otis and his team did for us. They were courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. We had a little bit of everything done after mold remediation. We would definitely use Taylor Remodeling in the future and we plan on doing so.

We have used Otis twice and he has exceeded out expectations both times. Otis helped us with preparing our house to sell before it went on the market and after it was under contract. I would highly recommend Otis for any home repairs. He is very upfront regarding issues and how he will correct them.

Install new toilet, fix a second toilet, replace some flooring, repair 4 doors, fix a leaky sink, close up some holes at the bottom of house to prevent mice from entering the home.

A fence built, inside he changed out doorknobs, put new doors in, hung large mirrors, assembled furniture, installed pull outs in my kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets and many other things .

Mr. Otis is so many things! The first few words that come to mind are: honest, efficient, and trustworthy. A storm came through a knocked over a rather large 10' fence down, he came out, straightened the botched job and reinforced the fence. When I learned he was a man of many talents, I asked for new screens and shutters on my windows, a new commercial door to be installed, an attic pull-down ladder installed and so many other things. Mr. Otis is one of the most respectful and honest men I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I have plenty more asks of him. I will use him again and again!

How is your company built on Christian values, but not recap with potential customers? I wouldn’t suggest Otis to anyone. As he is not prompt on quoting, and seems to take people kindness for granted. All while entering there domain. Bad business Otis!
