He was so perfect and nice. He is so good that he is coming back to fix a wall that was paneling and changing to sheet rock. He is also replacing another piece. Also he traveled from Madison MS to Crystal Springs MS I was very lucky to find him!

I had a great experience using Mr. Otis for some minor home repairs. He fixed all of our issues quickly without any problem and he is a great person to do business with. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any work done. We will be using him again.

Mr. Taylor is very professional. He arrived on time on days he worked. He’s a very good communicator and always answered my calls or texts when I had questions. I am very satisfied with his services. I love my bathroom transformation. New Sheetrock, tiled Tub/floors, new tub and vanity.

We needed a wood post to be replaced. They were very responsive and reliable. They put up a temporary post and then the replacement post. They showed up at designated times and did good work. Otis Taylor followed up to make sure we were pleased with the work. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Mr Taylor is always quick to respond to my service calls. He does quality work at a reasonable price. As an out of town landlord, it is important to have someone in the market that I can trust to do the work at a fair price and Mr Taylor is one of my “go to” guys. As usual Otis Taylor and crew were very professional. They built a wooden fence on our property. They set the post on one visit. Due to rain they couldn't come back for two days. However they came back and built the fence in a day. The cleanup was great. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them again for other work around the house. Mr. Taylor is first class.

Excellent experience. Otis is very professional and even showed up the same day I called him to get an idea of the project. He and his crew worked with, and improved, a design idea I had come up with to work with the irregular shape of our pool patio. He provided a prompt and reasonable quote. Once they were able to start, they worked very quickly and did an excellent cleanup job as well. We couldn’t be happier with our deck. Highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic - He responded immediately!! Even though it was late (after 7p.m.) and a holiday! My bathroom overflowed and the kitchen sink was stopped up. He sent someone within 30 minutes preventing what could have been extensive water damage. It's nice to know you can call someone in an emergency that's reliable!

First impressions are extremely important to me, if you own a business and want to make it a success first impressions are a must. I called Mr Taylor on a Monday and told him I had a deck that was completely rotten and I was in desperate need of replacement. He asked if he could come tomorrow???? What? Out of the 5 other contractors I called Mr Taylor was the only person who came within 24 hours and kept his word. I knew he was a hour away but I was thankful my issue (hopefully) would soon be resolved. Mr Taylor drove up in a spotlessly clean truck, dressed professionally and shook my hand. I showed him the rotten deck he gave me a quote (which was $4000 LESS than one other contractor) and said he would send his two guys tomorrow (which by the way was a Saturday) . My face kind of dropped and said "great" I'll be waiting for you. So Saturday morning comes both gentleman show up right on time knock the job out in one day and it was PERFECT! I would use Mr Taylor and his crew for any carpentry job I needed. Thank you again Mr Taylor it was a joy meeting you and I very much appreciate the impeccable work.

I have lived in my house for almost 30 years, and had a garage full of things, some nice and some unrecognizable. Taylor's Remodeling, and wonderful Otis Taylor helped clear out years of junk and find good homes for the things of some value. This is a very professional and kind man who works hard to do a good job. He has excellent workers, they show up as expected, and do a thorough job, cleaning up when they are finished. I haven't seen this much of the garage in years! You cannot go wrong with this business.

I had very specific design & materials requests and Otis Taylor and his professional builders worked with my requests and brought their building skills to enhance the outcome. They were friendly and professional and cleared the worksite, when the project was completed. This porch & screening enhances the appearance and value of our home, as well as allowing us outdoor time without pesky insects!

I cannot possibly say enough about Ois Taylor and the outstanding and highly skilled people he contracts. We did a major remodeling to our guest bathroom and kitchen, and the workmanship shows in every single aspect. I used to be embarrassed when people came to visit, and am now so very happy with my lovely home. I had no idea it could look so beautiful. It went great! What a professional owner and workers. They tore down my old wooden side fence and replaced it in a day. They also tore out my old deck and replace it with a new deck and pergola. They came when they said they would and kept me informed by text messages. They also cleaned up our property at the end of each day. I cannot say enough good things about this company. And the number one comment is they are a Christian/faith based company. What a rarity in today's society.

Mr. Taylor quickly diagnosed the problem--we had rain coming in from the chimney. He purchased the cap and retarred where the chimney met the roof. Major problem all fixed within a week for a reasonable price. This is one of numerous jobs that Mr. Taylor has done for me. He is highly professional and expert at his work.
