Description of Work: Came to evaluate the job after called twice. Have not done the work yet. Stated he was coming in two weeks. We end up getting some else to do the job.

Description of Work: Mr. Terry installed new carpeting and replaced ceiling trim and base board the work was done in a timely matter he did a excellent job. We will be using Mr. Terry for future projects.

Description of Work: He never gave me an estimate after 3 months of waiting. I just called him myself and told him I was about to lower his score on this sight.

Description of Work: Replaced siding on our home where water had gotten into the wood, about 3 x12 ft space.

Description of Work: Mr. Taylor replaced some siding, trim, a front gutter going across the front porch and a roof over a carport that extends from the side of the house. He also found and patched some leaks around the ventilation pipes on the roof that had been an ongoing problem. Though the work was done over an extended period due to some health problems, he always checked in and kept me up to date on the status even though I was in no hurry. Replaced the fiberglass roof on my 2 car carport with metal and reinforced the structure it to increase it's stability which I really appreciated. Very good work.

Description of Work: I used Taylor's Remodeling about a month ago. My office had a conference room and we had an extra which we were using for main office. So they set a way out form the conference room to the main office.

Description of Work: painting and some light carpentry.

Description of Work: Mr. Taylor rebuilt a bay window for me that had rotted on the outside. He also pulled out a chainsaw and helped me cut some limbs off that were resting on my roof. I have used Mr. Taylor for several repair jobs over the last three years and have always been extremely pleased with the outcome of the work, the professionalism displayed, and the fair pricing. I was out of state taking care of my terminally ill mother, and a storm was forecasted to be coming in the Ridgeland direction where my home is located. Mr. Taylor knew I was out of town, and remembered seeing some areas on the roof that needed patching the last time he was up there. He drove across town, climbed up on my roof, and fixed the "iffy" areas to prevent any possible leaks; all without telling me. Several weeks after I returned, I called him to set up a time to come repair my roof, and he told me it was already done! I asked him how much I owed him, and he said he wouldn't take any money, that this was more of a "good neighbor" thing. I ALWAYS call Mr. Taylor first when I need any kind of repair. If it happens that it's something he feels someone else could do better, he will refer me to that someone. I trust him more than any contractor/repair person I have ever dealt with and I worked in the construction industry for almost 16 years. I have had him to do major work, and minor work, because his motto is "no job is too small" and he really means it. If you find yourself needing a home repair/remodel, I urge you to call Mr. Taylor first. You couldn't possible go wrong. Sincerely, Susan Goodwin
