Description of Work: Installed new Trane HVAC unit. This is the second Trane unit that Modern Air has installed for us n the last two years. Our home has two HVAC units. They were prompt, professional and courteous. Their prices were very competitive as well. They also perform the semi-annual maintenance on our units.

Description of Work: My A/C was not working. Modern was prompt (Service the same day I called) and professional. The problem was shown to me and an explanation provided that was easily understandable. The total cost was $178.00 for the minor repair, whereas another service company had claimed that a new outside unit was needed.

Description of Work: They came on short notice and were upfront about their service fee. The repairman they sent was quick to determine the problem and showed me what was happening. He checked everything over, even the compressor which was working fine. Didn't try to sell me additional items I didn't need.
