I found this company through Angie's list. I called for some one to come to my mother house to give us an estimate on a plumbing job Friday,2/10/2016, . They came to my mother's house Monday,2/15, at our request. I did not hear any thing from them so I called them back and the young lady that answer the phone said she will give the message to the person that came out. The person called me back 2/26 stated he will email me the quote, Monday, 2/29/2016. He also apologized for the delay. Today is 3/4/2016, I have not received an email nor a call. If this is the way they do business I do not want to be there customer. We had to get someone else to do the job.

Our home, built in 1996, had the original HVAC system in place. We had some issues with the air conditioner/blower during the last few years and a couple of HVAC companies provide 'band-aids' to keep the system running. As is true in many cases, the break downs occurred during the most inopportune times (at the hottest time during the summer). Once we decided to replace the old system we gathered estimates and made the decision to go with Environment Masters; and are extremely happy we did. All of the personnel connected with the company, from sales through installation and follow-up, presented themselves with professional, educated, yet caring attitudes which made the process far less concerning than we anticipated (major purchases almost always carry the concern about the cost of obtaining/replacing a product that one is usually not technically familiar with). From the start, our salesperson performed a detailed examination of our existing system and presented a wide array of options/suggestions once it was understood what we were looking to achieve (in this case replacing the system was paramount but we also wanted to allow for some future additional square footage being covered, as well as enhancing the air flow in the rooms furthest from the blower location). Once the decision was made as to unit, an installation date was picked and that process begun. I was notified of any delays in service time/date (of which there was only one and that for only 15 minutes). The installers were friendly, professional, courteous, and cleaned up well after they finished installing the system (not enough room to give them all the accolades they deserve). The follow-up from the sales staff was also excellent. They reviewed the process to make sure everything was performed to their standard of excellence (which is very high), and made sure all of questions were answered before leaving. From start to finish, Environment Masters made the whole process as stress-free as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC assistance (new purchase, service, or replacement).

At 4:15 pm I noticed the the drain was backed up and probably clogged. With the extreme temps the unit had been running much more than usual. I was pleased that they were able to send someone immediately. The first person that came was unable to fix it because he said it was a plumbing problem. I called the office and they sent one of their plumbers. This is routine, because the a/c unit has another drain that could have the problem and would have needed a a/c tech. The plumber, Steven Blackwell, was unable to get to the drain at the unit due to lack of space in the a/c closet. He went upon the roof to locate the vent stack for the a/c drain. He was able to unclog the drain. He ran several containers of water through the drain to test it to be sure it was unclogged. He had come after-hours and solved the problem to get the air back on as quickly as possible. I was pleased to have the a/c fixed after-hours, within a few hours, on a day when the temps were close to 100 degrees.

I own several properties and as always, Environment Masters provided economical, prompt and professional service. I recently had a new HVAC system installed. The project manager, Sean, came out, inspected my old system and presented me with several options to best fit my needs and budget. Once we settled on the right fit, I was immediately scheduled for delivery and install. The technicians ar...rived at the scheduled time and immediately began work. In no time they had the new a/c and furnace installed and up and running. The then gave me a full system walk-thru and showed me how to operate the new thermostat. I can't tell you how great an experience it has been. They really took the guess work out of knowing whether I was getting the best value, product and service for my money. I have been using this company for over 26 years now. I am very pleased with both Steven and Tim they have been very professional as well as responsible. Their on call plumber came out as well and did an excellent job and was very professional. I would highly recommend using this company.

They gave us a good price, did a solid job of installation, and handled the arrangements with a handyman for the minor repair work that was required for the installation. I don't want to have to buy another AC system from them any time soon but I would use them, if I had to.

Every one of the technicians was friendly & professional. We have a total of four AC units. We now have them on a semi-annual maintenance agreement. I'm so glad we contacted Environment Masters. I highly recommend them!

ServiceTechnician did a fine job with the repair in a timely manner.

They arrived the same day to see why my heater was turning on and then off again. The heat had blocked air flow which was completely my fault for not changing filters, and additional dust build up. The service man checked the entire unit for blockages and tested the switch. Instead of charging me for the service call it was cheaper to get the yearly service plan which I did. In addition I have had multiple service calls under my home warranty that could never solve why my AC unit was having so many issues with poor cooling in the summer. Turns out no one ever check the coils as the tonnage of the coils did not match the compressor so it was creating issues. While I could not afford to switch that out at the time at least I know now and I can start saving up to replace the coils to match rather then buying a whole new unit.

Diagnoised properly, got parts and repaired. Very professional and courteous.

Did a good job. I was selling my Dad's house for him as he had moved to a nursing home. I live 200 miles away and was quite nervous about having someone do that much work without me there. I left them the keys to house in a lock box. They let themselves in, did all the work over a two day period, cleaned up, and locked the house. When I made it down there to check out their work you couldn't tell they had been in the house. Good company, honest employees. Highly recommend

They were real nice and real polite. They tried to sell me on their service contract, but other than happy I was happy with their work.

It was good. We didn't find a solution to our problem but we have a very unusual problem. They have been great for us and I would highly recommend them. They have been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. When we called with the issue, they were quick to respond and quick to get out here. When we said we thought it was still in the coils, they sent someone back out the next day with no cost. They came out 3 times and we only paid for one of those. We would absolutely use them again.

GUY CAME OUT, ASSESSED THE PROBLEM, DIDN'T HAVE THE PART ON HIS TRUCK SO HE WENT BACK AND GOT IT. CAME BACK AFTER LUNCH AND WAS FINISHED WITHIN AN HOUR. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. MY HUSBAND TOLD ME THEY "RIPPED ME A NEW ONE" ON THE PRICE OF THE MOTOR ($450) BECAUSE YOU CAN BUY THEM FOR $100 OR LESS. MY HUSBAND IS ALSO A MECHANIC THAT OWNS HIS OWN BUSINESS, SO HE KNOWS THE PRICE OF THINGS. PLUS, THEY ALSO CHARGE $81 JUST TO COME OUT AND DON'T DEDUCT THAT AMOUNT FROM THE FINAL BILL. I DID HAVE A $25 COUPON FROM THIS SITE THO. THAT HELPED A LITTLE!

The day of the big repair, it went well. Both Gary and his assistant were great, they solved problem and saved us a lot of money. We are so appreciative of their professional abilities and their stellar attitude. One thinks of the company first as a heating/cooling company, but their plumbing division is great. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs.

It went wonderful. Not only did they show up on time but they were also very courteous and efficient. I will definitely be hiring them again.

Prompt courteous phone response that resulted in a second call just 15 minutes later to say they were on the way. I was initially told it would be about noon time so the early response was welcomed. The technician arrived and was shown the unit to evaluate. He found the leaking and blew out the drainage tube. The outside unit was low on Freon so some was added. He checked the filter. It appeared that he thoroughly evaluated the unit and made sure it was running well. It's an old unit and needs to be replaced. Last year the same thing was done by JL Roberts and they charged $ 200.00 so the price was much higher by Environment Masters even with a $25.00 coupon from Angieslist.

Call company informed the of the problem. Appointment was set. Plumber arrived on time as schedule. He did the work. Satisfied with the work.

Very timely and professional. Response was less than an hour from the time of the initial call. Service was thorough and honest. No attempts at unnecessary work or overselling.

Everything was good. I would say everything went really great except it took so long to get everything finalized. From the getting the rebate, to getting everything set up. I've been having a lot of trouble getting them to come back for the inspection! Maybe in the future I would have liked to have tried a smaller company that would give me a little more attention. The selection is just a little limited in my field, though. This company is so big that it seemed like sometimes I thought, "Does the left hand know what the right hand's doing?" I don't mean this to be a bad review but more their strengths and weaknesses. If someone was going to choose them, I would just say a do a little bit more from your own side of doing the follow up. You want to get that closure on everything and I didn't get that on the financial side, at first. They put the wrong name on the rebate check and they had to print a new one. They did have the Project manager running around and checking on everything but I didn't get too many calls from her as I thought I would. And other people in the office didn't even know what she was doing sometimes. They were very professional and did a good job of installing it. Our house warms up and cools off well. Also, she came when she said she would to do the estimate and they showed up on time to do the installation which they did in a timely manner. I mean, they did a good job with all that across the board. They are overall good and I would recommend them commercially, but not residentially. I just think I'd like to keep it smaller and more local. I am the kind of guy who likes to go to the Farmers' Market instead and that's why I wouldn't use them again.

Called this morning at 7:30am and left message. Was called back by 7:45am and set up service. Greg, the technician, was onsite by 10:30am and after talking with him he recommended cleaning the coils, which to my knowledge had never been done. I knew they were probably pretty dirty so I asked him to give me an estimate which he did. $475 plus service call and materials. I questioned him about if I could brush them or spray them to clean and he said that while I could try I'd need to be really careful so as not to damage them. He said that while brushing or vacuuming them would help some it is nothing like pulling them out and completely cleaning them. I appreciated his honesty and not feeling pressured by him. After thinking about it and checking with my wife I approved the work and he started doing his thing. He was very courteous and professional the whole time. About 1pm he was done and the system was blowing cold air with more velocity then it has since we bought the house. Everything said and done it was $475 for the coil cleaning and adding a new drier, $81 for the diagnostic, $25 for shop materials, $38.92 for tax and after a $25 Angie's List coupon then total came out to $569.92. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it more then I wanted to spend? Isn't it usually when you need a repair. I am in business for myself so I understand that sometimes things go quick and sometime they take longer then expected but the pricing stays the same regardless. So while it was an expensive 2.5 hours (plus drive time) his next job could take a lot longer. So was it worth it and, in my opinion, fair? Absolutely! And I'd use them again.

Home was built in 2004 and we were very happy with it - with one exception. Air conditioning system never worked properly. After years of fixes that never really fixed anything we decided to just replace the system in late 2013. Consulted with Angie's List and saw that Environment Masters scored straight "A's" so we decided to contact them. Entire process from start to finish was excellent. One note - we had replaced an HVAC system in a older home we had owned previously, so we knew going in about what a new system should cost. They can be expensive, so if you have never done this you might want to get more than one estimate. Environment Masters gave us 3 estimates - basic, better than basic and way, way better than basic and I'm happy to report that better than basic fit well within our budget so that was what we opted for. The guys showed up on time and did exactly what they were supposed to do in the time expected and the price was actually a little lower than they quoted. Great experience from start to finish.

Very professional gentleman (Gary J.) arrived early for appointment (great) first thing in the morning. We went through each bath to determine what was needed. He showed me a warning sign in one of the sinks due to it's age that might incur damage in the repair before he began. He did a specific cost estimate before he started. He immediately got to work. As the repairs progressed, he got to the problem area in the sink (rusted out drain stop) and he verified whether I wanted him to continue amd gave me options. Thankfully he was able to remove and replace the part with no further damage to the old sink and complete the total installation. He had to make one trip for a part (non standard connections are a problem with my older home) which he did very quickly . In the second bathroom he notified me one of the repairs I was requesting was not actually necessary ( honesty!) and the further repairs would resolve the problems. He adjusted my final ticket correctly. The total job was completed faster than I expected even with the unexpected problems and completed at my expected cost.. So now Environment Masters will be my first call for plumbing And HVAC work.

I had another plumbing company approved by the insurance company repair it. Their cost was much less than Environment Masters would have been.
