Awful they never gave an update on when the part was going to come. I had to call out to them they would not reach out to me. The leak was worst after they fixed it.

The guys who came out were prompt and friendly. They were honest and up front about the problem and even though I opted to repair the pipe myself, they helped me come up with a good plan for the short and long term. They quoted me a fair price and even a price to replumb the house later. They were very professional and personable.

I have been very happy with them and have been using them for 3 1/2 years. They were very careful with COVID-19 and was careful to stay their distance. I would highly recommend them.

My reason for trying this company was a 25 dollar off coupon. $240 dollars later I realized my mistake. I originally called Env Masters and was told I would be charged 98 plus parts which I agreed to, but the resulting bill was $240 since there were two other "flat fees" per problem reported. The 2nd easy problem would have cost me $5 at Lowes plus my time to fix so I would never have approved the $85 fee ahead of time. Called and talked to the manager and he said yes the invoice was right and he would not help. The employee that made repairs was easy to deal with and did exactly what was asked so no complaint there, but this was a bait and switch deal.

Came after hours at no extra charge. Left us a $25 coupon for our next service call.

Water main under house broken in very tight quarters. Repaired quickly and professionally. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again.

Overall, it went well. The service technician that came last year was excellent. This was a new one and I guess time will tell if he did all of what the maintenance visit entailed because I was not there and my husband was tied to a computer doing telemedicine the whole time this gentleman was present. The one measurable thing he failed to do was replug in our heating unit upstairs (it was not coming on and glad my husband was able to notice this was the case in order to avoid having to call and get someone back out to the house). Like I said, time will tell if he did all he was supposed to with resulting submission of another review!

Everything went very smoothly from obtaining a quote to the installation work being completed.

My sink wasn’t draining it was horribly frustrating and gross. I called them they cans the same day put in a new disposal and new under the sink pipes and it’s like brand new! They were very affordable and prompt!!!

Waylon explained to me everything and the solution was I needed a new board that he would have to come back and put in. The part had to be located.

What a polite young man, who went about his business. I noticed he never got on his phone during his work. One of the techs Environment Masters sent out stayed on his phone the entire time he was servicing equipment outside. I could not have been more pleased with Mason and his professionalism.
