Environment Masters has done our AC/Heating work for 10+ years. All the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Josh R has been our tech several times and takes great care of us.

It went awesomely! Austin Cloud and Steven Blackwell did the install. They were on time, very competent, friendly, and professional. Austin also helped me line up an electrician to take care of the some preparatory electrical work that needed to be done. I am now a raving fan of Environment Masters and would love to work with Austin and Steven for anything we need!

These guys did a wonderful job. Just as they started I had a severe nosebleed. I had to leave them here with my house open and go to the ER. When I returned about 6 hours later the job was finished, they had left all the paperwork inside my house and closed my automatic garage door. And everything was neat and clean from the job. I appreciated their professionalism so much. The workmen leading up to this had all been competent and friendly, and above all prompt in nearly 100' heat.

It went great. Steven Blackwell got my hot water tank back working. He ordered a part to fix it and will return when the part comes in.

IT WAS GREAT ! STEVEN BLACKWELL IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST PLUMBERS/WORKERS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. FIRST OF ALL, HE IS REAL PERSONABLE AND HE HAS THE BEST ATTITUDE AND IT SHOWS. BUT THE MAIN THING THAT STICKS OUT IS THAT HE NEVER GIVES UP AND HE ALWAYS FINDS THE SOLUTION. STEVEN IS A HUGE ASSET TO ENVIRONMENT MASTERS AND I WILL DEFINATELY BE USING THEM AGAIN !

Well, I called 6/21 and left a voice mail with contact info and job details. No response, so I called again 6/27 and spoke with Jennifer. She said Austin was in a meeting and she would have him call me when he was out. 6/28, I called again. This time I spoke with Austin, he informed me they do not do re-plumb, only small jobs. I would have appreciated you being respectful of my time, and communicated that to me a week earlier. Put yourself in the customers shows, the customer is taking the time to offer you a job, being very patient when you don't even return the call, then - being told you don't even do that level of work and that I have wasted my time being respectful of your time.

The service was outstanding. They were responsive in telling us what we needed and how to go about achieving that.

I called EM after another company failed to follow through with repairing a collapsed pipe they told me I had. Justin came to my house promptly to verify my problem before tearing up my driveway. Justin was able to determine that I did not have a collapsed pipe, saving me $6,000.

They were fantastic. They arrived on time and cleaned everything up. Their price was the best by far.

Actually, I was able to fix it myself because I quickly discovered the issue. However, Environmental Masters was ready to send someone out fairly quickly. They had a truck out in the Brandon MS area. The lady who took my original call was very nice and professional. She went the distance to help me out. When I called back a few minutes later to tell her I knew what the problem was, she sounded genuinely glad I was successful and promptly cancelled the call without trying to sell me the service anyway, or sounded like she was bothered by the whole thing. You get that from some of the others!! I will use them in the future with I have a problem that my simple skills cannot handle!

The sales lady, Raquel, was very professional and also thorough when evaluating what size and type A/C that I needed. She gave me 4 options to choose from, and I felt she was extremely knowledgeable about the products. The install went very good, also. Jesse and Ryan did an excellent job installing my new A/C system. They were very fast and seemed to know exactly what to do in every situation during the install.

AC went out. called Environment masters 4:40 pm. They got some one out to me same day! Wayne was great and got me all fixed up and suggested some things i could do to help myself.

Earlier in the week, they came and checked out the 3 units. This took the better part of the day. The found several problems that my other service provided didn't take the time to look for. They game me their recommendations and options. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In fact, I now have a service contract with them. Very polite and professional. They are the real deal.
