They added Freon and we purchased a contract for service for a year. Both service men who came were very professional and spent time making sure the work was of high quality.

THE PROJECT MANAGER BEN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND RESPONSIVE TO QUESTIONS AND PROVIDED A CLEAR & CONCISE ESTIMATE. THE INSTALLATION TECHNICANS MARCUS AND CHRIS ARRIVED ON TIME AND BEGAN WORK IMMEDIATLY. BY THREE O'CLOCK THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETE. THE COST DID NOT EXCEED THE ESTIMATE.

Description of Work: Outstanding company that stands behind their work 100%!! I had a complete central system installed due to the demise of the old one. They give you a written guarantee that the system will perform properly including balanced air delivery. We had issues with hot spots in some areas of the house after the install. It turned out to be improperly designed ducting from the initial install 25 years ago. The company came out numerous times and ended up nearly rebuilding my entire duct system - all without additional charge - because that's what it took to make it right. They never complained or grumbled once. I was VERY particular about the performance of this new system. The techs and the owner were extremely easy to work with and always willing to answer my questions. I am very meticulous and demanding when it comes to a purchase of this size. The system performs flawlessly. We went from a 10 SEER system to a 13 SEER with single speed blower. There were several steps of higher efficiency available but this combination provided the best "bang for the buck". We are seeing a consistent 40% reduction in our cooling bill. I was expecting somewhere around 20%. From the owner on down, Environment Masters is the most capable, knowledgable and professional company I have had the pleasure of working with in years. A+++++. If you need service, repair or install. This is hands down the best A/C business in the Jackson area. I have used two others previously and seen the work performed for neighbors by other companies. Environment Masters has EARNED my loyalty and this review!!

Description of Work: I was very pleased with Mr. Warren Duvall's evaluation of our A/C needs and recommendations for the new system. He did a thorough inspection of our home and the attic. He also took pictures in the attic and then showed them to me as he was explaining what needed to be done. I felt that we received a very detailed estimate as well as the verbal description. We had been without A/C for a week and Mr. Duvall rearranged a repair team's schedule to get our A/C unit replaced as soon as we made our decision to use Environment Masters for the work. The repairman were courteous and arrived earlier than expected....which in our situation was just fine. The system works great and I would definitely use Environment Masters again.

Description of Work: I talked to Evironment Masters early in the morning as to AC problems on a rental property unit. Within 2 hours I was meeting a rep to assess my situation. He told me what I needed and said that someone with his company could be there today to service the outside unit and clean the drain line. Also, he told me that they could come out in the Fall under a maintenance contract. So I agreed to the contract AND sent them to my residence to service my AC at my home. I feel a lot better tonight knowing that my AC units are operating properly.
