When you pick up the phone to call our company, you aren’t going to get voicemail, and you aren’t going to speak to a machine. You’ll speak to a real person, any time of the day or night, 24/7. We offer full emergency services, for those times when a problem doesn’t occur during normal business hours. In addition to our award–winning service, which we offer to everybody, we also provide a maintenance plan to both save you money and get you some benefits in the process. If a maintenance member calls at any time, their call is given priority. That’s why we call our maintenance plan "Priority One." In addition to preferential treatment, you will also automatically receive a 10% discount on all repairs. Need a new HVAC system, but can’t afford it right now? No problem! We offer financing to qualified customers, just complete the easy application on our website. We guarantee service within hours, not days, which is why if you don’t get service within 24 hours of your call, you don’t have to pay any diagnostic fees. We offer all of these many services because we care about our customers. We want you to achieve 100% satisfaction, because that’s how we’ve done as well as we have these last six decades. Description of Work: They came out to look at my duct work as it had some issues that needed to be corrected. They said they could not repair it but it needed an additional supplemental system. I was unhappy that this was the only option they gave me.

Description of Work: They performed scheduled maintenance, but we ran into a problem with our non-factory (came with the house) screws on our unit door stopping the door from closing properly. The safety feature thus activated and the unit wouldn't work. They fixed the problem within an hour of our call, made a note for future service techs, and didn't charge us.
