Great, would reccommend them ....

Had them come out and find a leak in the A/C coolant system.The service guy found a small leak in the evaporator coils. I asked him to have his sales department quote a price on a replacement. At the same time I called another service company to get a similar quote. The second company came out to the house the same day to find out what type of coil I needed and gave me a quote the next morning. Environment Masters returned with a quote 2 days later and were about 15% higher. Overall don't have any real problems with their service but they seem a bit pricier than others. Decided to go with the second company instead.

The company sent someone out to inspect our system within the hour of calling them. Within the same day we had three quotes to look over. All our questions were fully answered. The company installed our new system the following week. They were very clean and respectful. They covered the floor area that they walked on and did a great clean up job when finished. Everything went well and the workmen finished the job at the time they estimated. I will definitely use this company again.

We called on a weekend and they were going to come right out but we said we could wait until Monday. They came early Monday and quickly found the problem, fixed it, and guaranteed their work. I did have to call them back out a couple of months later and they fixed the other problem with no extra charge.

He gave me an estmate for what the cost of the repair of the leaking pipe (outside, close to being beneath the foundation) would be, They were right on time that morning, friendly, honest, and efficient. The weather was pretty bad, it was pouring rain and not much above the high 30s, but they got out there and got the job done quickly. It ended up snowing that night, so I was greatfull they roughed it out in the cold rain and got it fixed. He didnt have to do as major of a repair as he anticipated, so the cost was well beneath the estimate. I would not hesitate to use Environment Masters again.

They came out and did the service, but never came back. I called to see if the permit had been pulled but it had not. The manager himself went there himself. I found out that I paid twice what I should have and the service wasn't done. The owner of the company apologized and refunded the price and told me to call him personally if I had any problems.

Very happy with entire experience and will use again for some plumbing work we need done.

As always, the man was right on time to service my unit. He was very nice and extremely professional. I would recommend EM to anyone.

The technician came to my home and added freon to my air conditioner. He suggested a leak search because of the amount of liquid he had to add. He determined that there was a leak. A few days later someone from the office came out and quoted me a price to fix/repair the leak.

When your HVAC goes out you want it fixed immediately! The sales person came to our home the next day, was helpful and knowledgeable. She provided an estimate by email. The 4-5 man crew arrived according to schedulle, worked all day, and was professional and courteous.No problems and we're happy with the Lennox systems.

They were wonderful ----- even fixed a leaky toilet while they were there.

We realized after arriving home from work that our air conditioner had stopped working. I called Environment Masters, and they sent someone out immediately to diagnose the problem. They determined that the air conditioner needed to be replaced. I did not use them for the replacement because there was a delay in how soon they could do the work, and I had friend who does this type of work who could work on it immediately.

It went very well for me. They were very professional and courteous.

We have used Environment Masters for over 15 years and have always had a great experience. The servicemen are punctual and very pleasant. We leave a key and they let themselves in and out . This shows the trustworthy staff at Environment Masters. I would recommend Environment Masters to anyone who needs assistance with their air and heating.

I upgraded my home AC equipment to the super effecient Trane system. I removed a 3 zone system and paid them to install what they recommended, a top of the line system with the latest technology and efficency. They were going to replace all the ductwork as well. I feel that they do not know what they are doing, charged me for things that were not done and after they decided they were finished, I had other companies come in and correct the problems with the system I paid them Top dollar to correct. I had 12 degrees difference between rooms that were next to each other. They used every excuse in the book to convience me that this is the way units work but I didnt have these problems with the the previous system, only that my power bill was large. The salesman told me to hold the last $1000 until they finish the corrections and I am happy but i was called and threatened to be turned over to collection if I didn't pay, Once I paid they didn't care anymore. This company stands behind their employees not their work (if their people say its correct they believe it no matter what) and use bully tactics even if you have a right to hold money until they finish.

The estimate was on the money, the work men arrived promptly and completed the work in one day. They did an excellent job with the installation and cleaning up all the debris they caused.They also swept out all of my garage beyond what drywall dust and debris that was created from cutting the ceiling to install the registers. All three workmen were polite, professional and did an excellent job. The salesman that came out and quoted the project, was prompt and explained how the systems would work and what materials would be used. Everything he quoted was carried out as projected and right on budget target. He evaluated my existing HVAC system to be sure it could handle the additional square feet of the garage space without compromising the efficacy of the existing room. I was pleasantly surprised how cool the garage is after this conversion. I did add insulation in the ceiling and insulation panels to the garage door to complete the project myselft. I had received a quote from Environment Master to do the insulation, but that part of the project was easily done ourselves for a lower cost.

First, let me talk about the inspection/estimate. The representative came over and spent approximately 2 hours taking measurements. He even spent considerable time in the hot attic space where I believe he crawled through every inch of it. This is much different than other companies that I had come out......10-15 minutes then they try to sell you something. I was very impressed with how thorough he was. After we agreed on the price, it was just a few days before they came out to install the unit. The installers were very courteous and made sure to clean up after themselves. The cosultant that did the initial estimate came back towards the end and inspected everything that the installers did. They were wonderful to work with. Did I pay too much? I do not know, but there are some things that you can't put a price on. Having my house cool better than it ever has is worth the money.

One blazing Sunday night in early August, we noticed that our air conditioning unit was frozen. This seemed amazing to us since it was close to a hundred degrees outside. However, we turned it off and spent a very miserable night. At 7:30 the next morning, I was calling air conditioning places to come fix it. I was pretty sure I would have to wait, but to my surprise, Environment Masters agreed to come that day. The repairman looked over my whole unit and found a leak in the coil. He fixed the leak, but told me that there was no way of telling if it would last. He called his office and reported what he found, and the first question he was asked was if the problem had been repaired enough that we were comfortable. A few days later Mr. DuVall, the comfort consultant, came out to evaluate our entire 16 year old system. Of course he recommended a new system and wrote a very detailed assessment of what was needed. Unfortunately, it was not a good time for us to make that kind of investment, and so we said we would just have to go with the new coil at this time. No problem. They installed the new one on the hottest day of last year - in the attic, of all places - cheerfully and with no complaints. We were assured that the new coil would be compatible with a new system when we were ready. When we got the bill, we realized that they had deducted the service call they made previously. That's good business.

They had good workers. They did a good job. The price was fair. The quality, responsiveness, and professionalism was great. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Everything went very well, the air conditioner is sounding great and the house is cooler then ever before. Looking forward to them coming out again in the fall to check on my heating unit. We subscribed to their yearly maintenance program as we felt the price was very reasonable for what they provide. We were quite impressed with their service and professionalism.

Found this vendor on Angie's List. Called and setup an appointment. The serviceman arrived right on time, was knowledgable and quickly figured out what whas wrong. A good experience overall.

They were a good company. I would recommend them. They ended up doing it as a turnkey operation and ended up having to repair some things they hadn't planned on and they never came back and recharged for it. It was great customer service and they didn't try to come back and gouge me for more.

I had another plumber forget to tell me that they we stuck on another job and were unable to do my repair. I called Environment Masters at noon and they were out at my house at 3 pm even though it was not an emergency. Their service man was very understanding and professional. They were able to give me a very accurate estimate before beginning work. Even though we ran into a few unexpected problems their service man was able to correct all the problems and had everything set set and running in no time. I will also be considering using them for larger plumbing jobs in my home. While the price was a little high the quality more then made up for that.
