My repairman is a consummate professional who clearly knows his trade. He literally diagnosed my problem by a barely audible click. I highly recommend and would use their services again.

I really had no negative experiences with Environment Masters. My first phone call with the very nice dispatcher got me an appointment with the field manager the same day, and he came out earlier after calling to confirm. I had called for a repair but he recommended a full system replacement which I already knew was probably going to be the case since the existing system was almost 20 years old. He showed me exactly what the problem was. The only delay was a confirmation on the replacement date because original unit failed right before a holiday weekend. However, the crew came out on the exact day he said they would originally anyway. The price was about as high as I expected for a full system replacement, but they literally replaced Everything, from the slab the outside unit sits on to additionally sealing the inside unit against air leakage, not only around the replacement but also some other trouble spots that they pointed out to me. The crew were very nice a professional, definitely on time, and did a nice cleanup of my hallway after they finished. The field manager then returned to confirm everything had been installed correctly including the extra weather sealing he wanted. He explained an offer for their extra protection warranty but absolutely did not try to hard sell me on it, he just showed me the benefits and left it at that, which actually made me seriously consider it. They have completely taken my business from a competitor whom I had grown much less happy with over the years. I recommend.

The plumber was professional and explained every step of the process as he went along. I was very pleased with the quality of the service and the responsiveness of the plumber. As a result, I have already referred others to this company for their plumbing needs. I will definitely contact Environment Masters for my plumbing needs in the future.

Technician got our older AC units up to speed, and was very professional. We were grateful for their prompt service. Back in the spring, Environment Masters also had installed a new HVAC (we have three total) to replace a 35 yr. old unit for us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were very pleased.

We have used Environment Masters three times this year (semi-annual visits on the HVAC and once for plumbing) and have been very pleased with the level of service they provide. They called us to schedule the fall check-up when they had said they would. They showed up on time and were very professional to work with. On the initial A/C checkup in April, the technician noticed that a PVC overflow valve on one of the hot water heaters had broken. If the hot water heater had overflowed, it would have caused a good bit of damage since it was in the attic. This is the third vendor we have used for the heating and cooling system. It's nice to have someone we trust again.

Technician was punctual, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and explained the problem and possible solutions including price estimates. This is the second time I have used this company in the past 6 months (previous call was for a different unit) and we were very pleased.

This is the Gray Queen. To continue the story... Today a new throne (toilet) was installed by a chivalrous knight. He was punctual, efficient, and respectful. He cleanly removed and installed the throne in a short time. The Queen is now happy ever after. Yea, verily! Thank all of you, in the kingdom of Environment Masters.

ONCE UPON A TIME there was a Gray Queen. She moved into a smaller castle and was very happy. One day the toilet, which had been quiet and frugal, began to lose water in the tank. The Queen had some experience with toilets, so she tried a few things. Nothing worked. The mechanism in the tank was foreign to her. She decided to replace it. She bought the only kind available at the local hardware. She attempted to fix it, but when she realized there was no overflow and no flapper, she decided to put everything back. She couldn't get the washer under the toiled to move, it wouldn't come off or on. It was stuck. She called the trusted Environment Masters and they sent out a familiar Knight. He identified the toilet workings to be Mansfield (a noble name), and truly foreign. After 2 visits, the Knight and the Gray Queen agreed she could have purchased and installed a new toilet for the amount of gold spent on the toilet. The toilet now is not quiet and frugal. It growls like a dragon when flushed. However, it does work and does not leak. The Gray Queen was not happy ever after. Yea, verily.

The unit is old and needed a new thermostat unit and freon, etc. He fixed everything and told us of things to watch for in the future. August in Mississippi... We're now cool again. Professional and helpful with questions.

Went very well. Stuck to estimate and did more than required. They knew their business and replace duct work that had been improperly sized and installed. Resulting air flow was much improved and will lower my electric bills for sure. I have had other work done by them in the past. They have always done top quality work and stuck to what they promised for cost.

After refusing the proposed sale of both a new whole house A/C unit and a service contract, I bought the freon charge for my existing unit. We have been in this house for 4 and 1/2 years. The house was ten years old when we bought it. I think that I can expect a few more years of good service from the existing unit. I am going to gamble on having the one time payment of $211.47 last for a while. The unit was freezing up. There was ice on the lines going into the house from the outside unit. The temp of the air at the ducts was about 75 degrees with outside temp about 85. The A/C was running continuously but not cooling the house. The service technician arrived soon, about two hours, after the call to their office. I did not try to get any kind of "emergency" response from them. He said that the unit was low because there was a leak that would be very difficult to find and/or repair. He said my best choice of action would be to buy a whole new unit because of the age of my equipment. I opted to take a chance on a freon charge instead. It was not a high pressure sale kind of presentation. He serviced the unit with freon and right now, 45 days after the service call, it is blowing air in my office at 60 degrees with an outside temp of 85. So far, so good. If I have to get a charge once a year at that price, it will still be cheaper than the cost of a new A/C.

We were without a/c for two days waiting for another company to come by, then One call to these guys and not even 15 minutes later they were at our house and had diagnosed and fixed our issues!

Went perfectly. I will use them again.

Overall experience was excellent. Project Manager contacted us quickly to set up an appointment and provided an estimate for the work shortly thereafter. The work was scheduled and completed quickly. While I didn't enjoy spending $7,000 in this way the service I received and the end result were exactly what I was hoping for. Since the initial work, we havesigned a maintenance contract on the until as well and have had several visits since the unit was replaced for standard checkups. Technicians have always been polite, friendly and punctual. At least on of the maintenance visits was conducted by a technician who worked on the original installation of the new unit. I appreciated the consistency that this represented. On the original project, the Project Manager actually recommended against reconfiguring the duct work, which I had originally proposed, saying that the cost would not necessarily improve anything. This saved me about $700 in additional work. They could have just taken the money, but they didn't. First class customer orientation!

It went great. He arrived when he said he would. After checking the faucet he told me what type I needed and I went out to purchase it. He then came back a few hours later and replaced the old one. He was very professional, explained everything to me, and worked quickly and quietly. My only gripe is that I had to pay a $78 service charge as well as the $209 for him to fit the new faucet. Even though he came over twice because we did not have the parts needed, I think that there should be some discount on the service charge. However, I will definitely use them next time.

EXACTLY on time to the minute and very casual and friendly with time taken to explain everything to me.

They were very professional. I was amazed at their expertise in analyzing the home and the heating and cooling needs. They suggested locations for new vents which has greatly helped. When they did the work they were on time and did a great job of the installation. We had new hardwood floors so I was concerned about scratches but they did a great job of protecting the flooring. Our bills for cooling and heating a 2600 sq ft house average less than $125 a month! I could not be more pleased.

Service man was on time. Did not rush through the job. Answered my questions and made suggestions to help improve my attic cooling situation. A very nice person called me to follow up and check on how things went. Based on this initial experience, I will call them again, and recommend them to others.

It was easy. We called. The salesperson came to inspect our home and talked with us about all of our options. Since they couldn't get to us immediately, they installed a window unit for us until they could get our ac unit installed. they started working a few days later. It took two days to complete the job. The workers were courteous and the job was done very well.

Could not be happier, the tech went above and beyond the simple AC job he came to perform. Price was very reasonable, Highly recommended!

We appreciated his professionalism and up front estimate. He came back the next morning to do the job and finished in mid afternoon, under his estimate. Environment Masters will be our "usual plumber" from now on.

They didn't have a hose long enough to drain the water out of the heater so they were either going to have to go get one or borrow mine. They hooked theirs to mine. I wasn't crazy about where their hose had been so I threw mine away after they left. These things happen and I forgive them. I have used them before and have been pleased.

They were not consistant in their pricing. They are charging a trip fee and they used to add the trip fee to the actual cost of the work
