Description of Work: We thought we had a leaking water heater. Pierce Plumbing identified the problem as a clogged up drain which they quickly fixed, saving us the cost of a new water heater.

Description of Work: He repaired the bathroom faucet and shower. Also while he was here, he hooked up the fridge to the waterline, evaluated and cleaned our gas heater. He was able to fix a few things around the house that we were needing.

Description of Work: Called them just after 8:00 am, they were here just after 9:00. Both men were aware of keeping the house clean as they worked, removed their shoes before entering; and, cleaned up when finished. The work was minor, replacing 22 year old gaskets and seats in two bathtubs faucets, but the work was handled professionally and pleasantly. They recognized that although it seemed minor, I am disabled so can not handle even these seemingly simple tasks. When told the gaskets were 22 years old, they stopped and reconsidered how to approach the task since many other things could have gone wrong. Everything worked fine the first time, no problems, no more leaks, and would definitely call again.

Description of Work: We had a serious problem when our sewage lines ruptured under our living room, causing a leak of sewage from under the floor. My wife called this company as my work keeps me gone from home for weeks at a time. She said that the people were extremely punctual and professional. Also that while the work took a couple of days, they were prompt on both days. This also required the digging up of a bit of our yard to get under the house. This was done with no further damage to our home. Nothing but wonderful things to say about Pierce Plumbing. Don't know anything about their heating & air division. The price was extremely reasonable for the work done. .
