I was having my house gutted and rebuilt and after all the great reviews about pierce plumbing I made the mistake of hiring them to replace the plumbing and HVAC system. I specifically told owner there was nothing wrong with my current AC unit aside from the fact that it would be too small after the add-on was finished and I wanted to keep it because I had other houses I can use it in. They took it anyway and when I told them to return it they brought me a unit they had salvaged from somewhere else and told me mine was gone. After they installed the inside unit and powered up the thermostat they filled out the customer satisfaction survey that was sent to Lennox without my consent knowing full well that it was intended for me, the customer, to fill out and not them and of course they gave themselves 5 stars. I paid them several thousand dollars In advance and they did a very minimal amount of work, all of which was extremely poor quality and not what we agreed upon and certainly not what I paid for and then they disappeared. I called multiple times asking them when they were going to finish the job and each time they would say they were coming tomorrow only they would never show up. Finally after several weeks of this nonsense I had to hire a lawyer to have them refund my money. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any company in my life. Unprofessional, dishonest and poor quality work. Stay as far away from this outfit as you can. And since I originally posted this,pierce plumbing has called me a liar claiming they’ve never worked for me before, so I’m enclosing a picture of the lawsuit that I filed against them along with a case number if anyone wants to look it up and see for themselves.

Diagnosed issues for tub faucet, septic and tank to bowl issues and got it fixed. Got some helpful hints on how to maintain septic and what product to look for if I were to replace any toilet.

They said they would call when they were headed my way, at 7:20pm I called back to see what gives and got the answering service. The one on call called me back at 7:30pm, and said since it was after hours now it's at after hours rates. And I asked well why tell me it would be today instead of tomorrow.

It went. I called on Saturday morning and it was completed within 2 hours of calling.

Excellent. Daniel showed up on time, was very professional, and repaired each issue with expertise and efficiency. I will always ask for him in the future. I was very pleased with the work he did.

Tech arrived on time and performed both tasks very well.

I was impressed with the technician. He was friendly, punctual, called before he came to be sure I was home, explained everything he was doing and when finished gave me some suggestions regarding how I could take better care of my units to make them more efficient. He didn't just tell me, he showed me what he was talking about. He also went over the bill and thoroughly explained every detail. I found the price to be fair and easy to understand. It was a very positive experience. I have been using a different provider but decided to try Pierce Plumbing based on the positive reports on Angie's List. I'm not sorry I did. I will be using Pierce in the future. The only downside is they make an appointment for a day without saying when between 8 and 4 they will be there. It would be really helpful to offer AM or PM so a person doesn't have to stay home the entire day. Considering the quality of the service, that is a negative I'm willing to accept for future needs.

Very professional, explained the what for and why clearly. They will be my go to for any other plumbing and heating concerns.

If I ever need services of that type, they're the ones that I would call. They are just good at what they do. They're just very professional at what they do. I would give them A's across the board.

Came when called (according to Tenant), blew out the line, and was gone in ten minutes. We've had no problem since. They will have my business from now on.

Pierce Plumbing was called because while my bathroom was being remodeled it was thought that my lines needed to be snaked and blown out. They told me my lines were actually clear and that my old toilet may have been what was really causing the problems with a foreign object. What would have been a $400 - $500 job wound up being $128 and I am really happy. They also took the time to show me which seal on the new toilet will go out first, how to replace it and where to buy it so that I don't have to pay a huge service call for someone to do it for me when the time comes. Since the plumber I have used in the past is unreliable about showing up, I now have Pierce Plumbing Heating & Air in my cell phone for future jobs when they come up. Thank you!

Great!. When I explained emergency situation (pipes had broken overnight), technician was dispatched same day, within hours, and pipes were fixed. Price was reasonable given 'within hours' response. Will definitely use again.

Called at1130am. Repairs completed before 1300. Exceptionally pleased with service.

after he had finished and left, I tried the new shower head. He had installed it without reading the Mfg's instructions and I coul NOT get any water out of it. Iremoved his effort and followed the Mfg's simple instructions and the shower head worked perfectly. I will never use this company again !!!! During his installation he made a snotty comment about my experience in another case: "You should gotten plumber !" I hope he doesn't call himself a plumber

Contacted service provider on Thursday, 8.1.13, afternoon. Service provider arrived promptly at 7 a.m. Friday morning. After thorough inspection, the job required freon to be added, and replacement of a bad contactor. The outside unit was also checked and thoroughly cleaned. Service provider was friendly, professional and offered information concerning the life-span of the unit and seasonal checking.

As we ere preparing for bed I stepped in a puddle of water and panicked. My husband went outside to turn the water off and we noticed my son's closet and part of his bedroom, half of our bedroom, our bathroom and our laundry room had standing water. It was after 9:00pm so we waited until the next morning to call. I called around 8 and they were at my house by 8:30 and repairs completed by 10:30 that morning. It turned out the faucet outside had a piece break off and rusted the pipe. They also checked all of our outside faucets. Both gentleman were extremely polite and very knowledgable and took the time to explain what happened and recommend a carpet company to help dry out the walls and carpet. I will definitely use again and recommend to anyone in need of a plumber!

A toilet that was leaking no longer leaks. Another bathroom's drain that was unclogged and now runs freely.

The original concrete sanitary sewer line from the house to the City connection had finally failed. I called several plumbers in Hattiesburg. Of the few that came out the next day, the list was pretty evenly divided between those who didn?t want to do it (?I can get to it next week?) and those who wanted a small fortune to do it (one gave me a $3,500 estimate). Pierce Plumbing gave me a fair price, and promised to have it repaired the next business day. Sure enough, the next morning at 8:00 AM, the two man crew arrived. It took most of the day to dig a new trench and lay the new pipe. They were able to work their magic and get the City inspector out to certify the new sanitary pipe that same day. And, the two guys did a credible job of cleaning up so that the yard was back to as close to normal as it could get when they left.

Very pleased with Pierce Plumbing. Quick response time. Quality work and professional service. It is nice to know there is someone out there that is dependable.

I think their price was pretty low. They were good. They came on time, were efficient, did not mind and did not ask questions. They were very helpful.

We called them at 2pm on Tuesday. By 3:30pm on the same day the A/C was working again.

Overall, I’d say that my experience with them was A. They were responsive and they came out quickly.
