They tole me the approximate wait time, which was accurate and contacted me as soon as the material came in and asked me when would it be convenient for them to install the shutters. Installation was on-time, fast and everything was cleaned up, immediately (what little box trash, etc. resulted). Would I hire them, again? YES.
