Description of Work: They came to give us a quote for a bathroom remodel. The estimate they gave us was timely, and the man who performed it was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable; HOWEVER, the estimate was 3x what four other companies priced for us, and the length of time for the job was almost double. When asked why we did not choose to use the company, I mentioned the price, and the lady mentioned they could have worked with us. They should give you a reasonable price the first time, not after realizing they gave you an inflated price!

Description of Work: put blue tarp on leaking roof.I do not remember the exact date.Sometime last year.

Description of Work: Called for estimate. took another call to get them to give me an estimate. When they came they gave me the estimate and performed the service the same day. Had to get roofing tile to match the roof. Did an excellent job I matching the tile. Good job.

Description of Work: Re-chalked around shower and toilet, picture hung, traverse rods installed, ceiling fan chain replaced, plants planted, mulched flower beds, end table repaired, etc, misc "honey do's". I phoned to complain about the quote and the quality of work of the first person sent out. They sent out a second person who was somewhat better, but certainly not an experienced professional as advertised. They also admitted to me that they knew the original quote (by the first party) was way out of line, but did nothing to remedy or make amends. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: I had furniture moved and a decorative floor rug placed in my Den; furniture returned to the required location and a mirror hung high on a wall on the cathedral ceiling. The techs were prompt, courteous and very polite and completed the job in a timely manner. I was very pleased with their service and tipped them also.

Description of Work: My company had asked for a remodel bid which was very reasonable and professionally submitted. By in large we were very pleased with the lion's share of the work. However, toward the end the workers became very lax and did poor finishing work. Rather than trying to present a good product we had to go through and point out a significant number of areas that were sub-par. We had hopped to work with them on a second portion of the project so we didn't push them hard because we figured they would provide a good quote on the second phase and finish their mistakes from the first phase. However, when the quote came in it was clear that they did not want to do any more work on the project because it was very unreasonable. Thus, we did not hire them and they did not complete the punch list from the first phase. I would not use them again because of this issue.

Description of Work: My first experience with this company was very positive at my house. I have no complaints at all on my first job. Because how well they did I asked them to propose a bid on a slightly more complicated remodel at my business. Sadly, the quality of work provided at my business ended up being below standard. Additionally, a job that was supposed to be done in less than one week took over three weeks. (That is a long time when your business is trying to operate in the middle of a construction zone.) During phase 1, issues came up and I had hope they would resolve them (and be happy to by giving them additional work) in a second phase buildout. However, the quote received was unreasonably high (likely trying to recoup perceived losses for phase 1) so we did not use them again. A portion of flooring was replaced with non-matching wood because "they could not find it anywhere." (The next contractor found it at the first store "Hoods" without any trouble). Now I have a 3/3 square in the middle of my hard wood that does not match anywhere else in the building. Finally, their materials quote ended up being far from accurate. The actual materials were nearly double what was projected. Their employees are very nice and easy to work with, but they do not provide the type of high end finished quality I had hoped for. Because of these reasons I would sadly not be able to recommend them to others for more complicated jobs. However, if you are looking for something very simple, they are probably your best bet.

Description of Work: Replaced faucet in kitchen with new one and replaced garbage disposal with new and fixed appropriate plumbing.

Description of Work: They were only interested in giving me an over inflated price for one third of the work I requested. From what I could tell they are just using Angie's list to sucker potential buyers. there are very few people in the south who use or belowg to Angie's list. Basically they are no good. Use at your own risk.
