Description of Work: Terminix has been our pest control company for many years. They provide pest control service for us on a quarterly basis and we are very pleased with the service. Our agent is very kind and so thoughtful. I would rate Terminix with an A. I would not only hire them again, I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They come quarterly for regular pest control service and yearly for termite inspection.

Description of Work: We started out with Mississippi Termite Control in July 1998. Their initial termite treatment was $580 and $72 a year, which included a once a year inspection. Each year the cost per year would increase. On January 26, 2006, Terminix acquired all of the termite agreements of Mississippi Termite Control. Their (Terminix) annual rate at that time was $180 a year. As of this year the rate is $310. Our contract with Terminix includes a yearly inspection. If any termite damage is found, they are responsible for all costs of damage repair.

Description of Work: They held my termite bond. They could come down in price - that's the reason why I changed.

Description of Work: Targeted for pests of a large variety. This was done to exterior areas of the house. Also sprayed windows in the house. I have used Terminix since 2007 and this is the first time I have been disappointed in the service. The service provider was new to me.

Description of Work: They treated the outside of the house for pests and asked if the inside needed to be treated. If you call them, they will come back if you are not satisfied. The thing that I don't like is they have had another price increase. I just don't know how much longer I can afford it. The service is very good and do recommend them.

Description of Work: O cost as it was part of our annual contract. I called for a carpenter ant treatment, when I had a contractor open up a small part of the roof to look for the ants. They came the next day.

Description of Work: I have a termite contract with Terminix and was concerned that I had an infestation near our bathtub. I made an appointment for someone to come look at it-didn't show. The second appointment-didn't show. Finally a gentleman met me and determined that I did have termites. Once I connected with the local office, the repair work was done (by a third party) and treatment was performed in a timely, professional manner. | |After the second failed appointment, I was given a "free" home inspection. Two days later, someone called to schedule a review of the insulation in my attic and to provide me with a proposal for installation of more insulation. | |Once I contacted the local office, I received good service. It's the 800 number operators that don't have a clue.

Description of Work: They did a good job and instructed me on the procedure before beginning.

Description of Work: They sprayed all around the house and spread granules all around. Also, they asked if the inside needed to be treated. |I see dead bugs, but there are still spiders around. The service is good but expensive in my opinion.
