They did not accomplished what they said they would do and It cost me about $3000.

It went well they did good work and showed up when they were supposed to.

Very responsive in conducting the inspection, but they have still not provided the report which continues to delay our closing. Called the 800-number 4 times to now avail. Very disappointing experience.

Donald is the main guy for us who has been coming here for about 6 years. He is very reliable and friendly. I think he deserves a promotion.

They could be a little more hands-on on the rodent control -- they just laid down some glue traps which is what I could've done myself.

Price to put out preventative termite control was twice what I found with another reputable company.

We Called on a Tuesday , made an appointment for Wednesday. They called back on Tuesday, had an inspector at our house that afternoon. He(Alan) did the inspection allover our house including the attic, made a plan, explained it to us. He show us the cost, the guarantee and the work that was required. It required 24 bait stations around the perimeter of the house, and special treatment around the infested area( It was confined to the master bathroom window wall.) We also needed general pest control due to spiders. The cost included the first pest control( which is fairly extensive) and the initial termite treatment. The termite follow up is yearly and cost about 300.00 per year, The pest control is 100.00 every 3 months.

It went very well. He was here when he said he would be and did a good job. I have paid for a whole year of service.

I couldn't be more pleased. The gentleman who did the initial inspection as on time and professional. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Them team who handled the treatment was unable perform the service on the date we had initially scheduled due to weather. The local Terminix office was proactive and anticipated the impending thunderstorm and called in advance to set up a new service date. The service was performed on the new date and you almost could not tell they had been there. Great job!

Service is good and serviceman even removes spider webs from porch eaves.

Terminix did what they said they would do. Overall very pleased.

We have had several different Terminix technicians perform pest services for our home. They have all been friendly, efficient, and thorough but the technician who has serviced our home for the last three visits is especially careful to check for all problems and explain what steps are being taken to remedy the situation.

I like that they come right back out if you have any other problems. They don't limit you. If they come out and I still see pests in the house, they will come right back out.

They are always prompt, courteous, and call us when they are coming.

They do a good job. What they are doing is working because I'm not over run with pests. I suppose the price depends on the size of the house. I've got a long standing relationship with them of about 10 years. I never meet the technician but I pay them to do something and it gets done. It's easy and it works.

They come on a timely manner and they tell you exactly what they are spraying for. I don't know exactly how much I pay but it is not much.

I like that even in between the annual visits if they are needed they will come out with no extra charge. They will come out as many times as you'd like. They are pretty good, they do interior and exterior. They call ahead of time and they are pretty good about scheduling.

They are very expedient and do hard work. They take care of problems in a very timely manner. They are friendly, courteous, and professional.

I had Terminex come to my home because I thought I had termites. They did find termites and treated for them which was a large fee. We are now on an annual contract with them. When they come to my home they look for termite infestation, in the closets and places they may come in. They provide me an inspection report. They are punctual and come when they say they are going to.

They are great. They are a very good company. I have a contract with them. They come out once a month. I think it is like $98 quarterly. I pay $500 a year for termite control because it is the insurance stuff. I think their price is pretty standard. It is fine. The quality is good. They are punctual. They are always here when they say they are. I don’t have any problems with them. but the only thing I would say about the termite people is that when they are looking for those traps in my flower beds they leave my pine straw everywhere, so they are not very tidy when it comes to that. I have had to call them about it because they just kind of kick the pine straw everywhere looking for the bait traps. In fact, I may go to the liquid form so they don't have to look for those traps. They are probably due this month. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

They are pretty good, they make their appointments on time, and I don’t have to worry about them stealing anything or playing around with stuff in my house. They seem pretty knowledgeable and whatever I call them out for they work on. I am on a plan with them where there come out every three months. They are always on time and I have never had a problem with them. I will continue to use them in the future.

Terminix Terminix, does a yearly inspection and comes out every 3 months for preventive pest control. They are very thorough, ask questions about satisfaction, very professional and nice.

They come when they say they would.
