Description of Work: I attempted to back out of my garage with my back window of my Tahoe up. I damaged the bottom panel of the garage door as well as knocked it off the tracks, bending them also. Called a guy who had helped my brother in the past. Left a message and after waiting most of the day without a call back, I found Partridge Door online. I called them and someone answered on the second ring. I set an appt. of which they were on time, and in 30 minutes he had me back operational with minimal cost. I would definitely recommend them.

 + -1 moreThey called the morning after my night time email and arrived that same day of the call to do the work. The made the necessary repairs, adjusted the door and added a garage door opener, which I requested on the job. Very professional and personable. I will call them again.
Description of Work: The chain controlling the door was dislodged. The problem was a stripped sprocket in the unit that powered the door. They replaced the sprocket and adjusted the door.

 + -1 moreI made contact with Keith Partridge the owner of the business. I had purchased this old home and it had a broken garage door. Keith came out to scope the job. He prepared an estimate with two options. First was for repairing the existing door. The second option was to remove and replace with a new door. I studied the pros and cons of each option and chose the replacement option. The installer arrived on the appointed day on time. He was quick and efficient.

Description of Work: My car had been locked inside the garage for 4 days because we didn't know how to open manually. He came to check out the problem, showed us how to open it manually and said he'd be back in two days at 8:30 a.m. to install a new garage door opener. He was exactly on time. Keith Partridge removed the old garage door opener and installed a new one with two remote control transmitters. I was very impressed that he was on time. He is very efficient. We have used his services a couple of times before and will in the future.

 + -1 moreI called Partridge Door to come out and look at my existing garage door opener which had stopped working. Partridge door suggested that I replace my garage door opener rather than spend almost same money on repairing the existing opener. I scheduled appointment for the following morning. Repairman showed up on time and completely replaced and tested my garage door opener within an hour. Repairman also checked the fasteners and hinges on the door itself and made adjustments. My garage door opens more quietly and smoothly than it ever has. Serviceman was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Original estimate was spot on accurate. I would recommend and will use them again if needed. Thank you!

Description of Work: One of the Springs had broken. I had used many years ago when I lived in a different part of town. I called them the night that it broke. The next morning they called me I told them what was wrong. They had a technician at my place by 11:00 AAA and repaired shortly there after.
