It went great! Mr. McKinney came by and located the problem and had the part with him to fix it. He was very efficient and honest.

I left a message and got a call back promptly (I think within an hour or so). An approximate time for the service call was set with a promise that I would receive a text before the repair person was to arrive. Mr. McKinney texted me and soon afterwards he and an assistant arrived as promised, replaced a part on the refrigerator, and now it's working again. They even gave me an unexpected first-time customer gift. I thought the repair price was reasonable and I would call this company again if I need appliance repair.

He worked non stop to find my problem and once he found the source he fixed it immediately.

Mr. McKinney came over to diagnose the noise one day and repaired the condenser fan motor the next. We haven't had any problems since then and he assured us that if he was wrong in his diagnosis/repair, it would not cost us any more. The service call fee is waived when you let him do the repair.

Provider arrived during the time period he gave me. He was focused on the job at hand and quickly found the problem in my refrigerator . He explained to me why there was water leaking and where the leak was located. Then he suggested how the leak could be repaired and how much it would cost. He removed the broken part and showed me where the problem was before installing the new part. I'm a senior citizen and I could understand his explanation very well.

Mr. Kent McKinney arrived at my home in a timely manner and repaired a Kentmore washer of mine that wasn't spinning anymore. The repair took less than an hour. He was very professional and courteous and I loved the added touch with he and his apprentice wearing the uniform with the company logo. I am so thankful I found his business...I will most definitely use him again for any appliance repairs and I've already recommended him to several of my coworkers.
