Mr. McKinney came out the same day I called to inspect the washer. Very nice man. Recommended total replacement. He didn't even charge me for his time.

I hate, hate, HATE writing this. Mr. McKinney has done wonderful work for me in the past. But, I needed him to repair my oven. It wouldn't work, but the stove top eyes(sp) did. Mr. McKinney pulled the oven away from the wall to retrieve some information. I asked him to wait until he had some help putting the oven back in it's cubby hole, but he tried to do it himself. Unable to get it absolutely lined back up, a piece of the side near where the burner controls are broke off. He said he would order a new piece at no charge. While waiting for the piece to be in stock, the piece on the other side broke off fromthe weightof the oven. Now I have an oven that isn't fully in its correct spot, has two pieces broken off and a stove top that sags in the middle, but has an almost inch of space between it and the oven on both sides. Mr. McKinney did keep in contact for over a year as he said the pieces were still out of stock. Just recently he stopped returning my texts. I am just sick over this. He's a very nice man who seems to work hard, but I am left with the damage.

Microwave door worked for one week then failed again. Could not get Kent to return over 3 months. Was also supposed to return with an assistant to help him repair a double oven. Finally gave up after over 3 months of promises to return "soon." Nice guy but would not recommend for repair.

Tried everything to get it to work finally decided needed a new one. Waiting for that to come in now.

Ok, just delayed because parts were difficult to obtain.

He was very knowledgeable and knew what I needed to have done. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire him again.

I would give all A's, except for terrible communication. Since fridge on patio, Kent had access without my presence. On phone, told me had to order part, total work and part would be $250. Couple days, I discovered fridge working without part, apparently on its own, I called and said I didn't need part, after all, and asked what I owed. He said I owed nothing. Few days, he called, said he had part, was coming to install. I reminded him fridge already working, didn't need part. He suddenly remembered he had installed different, cheaper part, it had not worked at the time, so ordered 2nd part; had me mixed up with someone else about owning nothing, and I owed $150. Not a bad price for refrigerator repair, but first saying I owed nothing, then I owed $150--left a bad taste. For " would I hire again, need a "maybe" option. I may scroll to different repair man next time.

The hookup took about an hour and a half. It cost $200 which I thought was a tad bit high, I was expecting to pay $100 or less. But it's been a while since I have paid for services like this, so that may be normal, idk.

It went terrible, I paid for an incomplete job, the tech was 2 hours late and still I paid him for coming out, he stated that the problem was resolved and after he left the dryer quit working, he was contacted and acted very rude and unprofessional. Would never use this company again.

Mr. McKinney was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I would definitely use his services the next time I need any repairs made. I had to reschedule the service day/time a few times due to family medical emergencies. Mr. McKinney was very understanding. I highly recommend his service. On a happy note, he deducted half of the initial inspection fee from the total amount of my bill.

Tech said there is nothing wrong despite the stove having multiple problems (most of the time). Also, they were supposed to be calling me to schedule the appointment. Instead they called and said they're 30 minutes out (no appointment ever setup). Leaved us with our same problems, while saying everything is fine, is not a solution. Wouldn't give the bad review if they waived the service fee since they didn't fix anything.

After I You Tubed all the trouble shooting and couldn't figure out my issue i called Kent and he was great even coming out after hours on a week night. Unfortunately for us the issue was actually the plumbing to the main line from the kitchen it was clogged. Atleast Mr. McKinney confirmed that all of our appliances were still functional but he couldn't fix the plumbing issue. He advised us to get some really good liquid drain cleaner and if that didn't work to then call a plumber. Well he was right we poured down the best stuff we could find and it took a day but all is well. We will be using his services again to hook up our ice maker soon =)

Great! The service guy and his son came the afternoon of the day I called to evaluate the problem. They called in the part to be ordered, came back within the week, installed the part and stayed to be sure the washer completed the wash and rinse cycles. They were very friendly and efficient.

Showed up after making sure I knew when he was arriving. He assessed the situation and brought help the next day to ensure he had the right expertise. Saved me from buying a new fridge. Fair and reliable. Strongly recommend.
