He does terrible crappy work. Today I had to get a plumber to redo the underground piping by my pool pump because of a leak that I have had since the pool was finished 8-2018. he used flexible hosing like what you see on a spa. It was leaking and I was losing 1/2 inch of water per day. He does not live by his word even though he claims to be a devout Christian. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. He did not even wait and help put the skimmer in which was supposed to be an extended skimmer. I had to make an extension out of aluminum sheet metal. I paid him like an idiot. He took the money 50K and ran. Never heard from him since. Do not hire him!!

Ryan was very friendly . Kept me informed of things that would be done during this pandemic. Completed work in a timely manner.

Dont use him, call someone else, he is not reliable, and doesn't communicate well.

Worst experience ever!!! After 2 weeks of completion pipe leaking under concrete and water behind liner through entire pool! Week and a half later still not fixed!

Pool liner came out within 10 days of installation. Dixieland pools, Ryan Alexander is currently ignoring pictures, texts, phone calls and voicemails. I will be contacting BB, and posting pictures of my pool coming apart. I got this company from Home Advisor, so I am not happy with you either.
