After installing the pool, they installed the drain for the overflow in the skimmer. This cause mud to get in the pool after a rain. My home was being built at the time and the grass wasnt laid. I was told by Ryan (owner) to drain the pool because the water was filled with mud. After draining the pool,, Ryan {owner) installed the drain line to stop the mud from getting in the pool. The pool was then refilled. By draining the pool and then refilling it, the liner formed wrinkles in the bottom and by the steps. Dixieland pools tried to get the wrinkles out but unsuccessful. Also the new chlorinator was defective. It been over 2 months and he refuses to call are text me back. I now I have to get a new liner $3000.00..

Kind, patient, and willing to assist in explaining the processes involved in keeping a pool in top notch working order. Great value for the money. Both gentlemen who helped were outstanding and extremely knowledgeable about the chemical testing along with the proper levels involved in maintaining proper and safe levels of my pool and the operating system of the pool. Ryan and his crew did a tremendous job. They deepened my pool from 3 feet of water to 4 1/2 feet of water, so I could swim in it. His crew had their work cut out for them due to the placement of our fence not allowing them to use their backhoe. This caused his crew to have to break the concrete bottom up using a jackhammer. To make it even worse the concrete was not even...at spots they were breaking up almost a foot of concrete...they were doing this in 90+ degree heat. I cannot say enough good things about this company....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ROCK!!!

Very rude! Does not stand behind his work! Our chemicals are so out of wack! He gets his money and is finished with you! I would not recommend him to anyone!

Dixieland pools did a great job for me. The crew came out and fixed my skimmer that was leaking and installed a multi colored pool light. They did a fantastic job. the crew was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. If you need pool repaired give Ryan a call.

Ryan the owner is great person and professional in every way. His craftmanship is high quality. Also on time and keeps the scheldule of completion. We had him build a 10' by 20' vinly line pool and it came out beautiful. Thanks Ryan!

Jan 5th 2024 I paid Ryan Alexander $9800 to order and install a new liner and add stairs to my pool. Some time around mid March he brought the liner over and had his workers put it in. There were caverns in the pool in was worse than before. The liner wasnâ t seated properly and wrinkles everywhere. After calling him daily and texting daily he came with his wife and said that after the sun heated it those would go away. I refused to let him cut the skimmer whole due to the wrinkles. Thank goodness I did because he never came back. After begging and pleading with Ryan to please finish the job he just ceased all contact. We ended up paying another pool guy yet another $3800 to fix the liner and get it seated correctly. I can not believe this Ryan Alexander is in business I would not hire him to do any work. This is criminal what he has done to us. He took the $9800 hired people that were drinking beer in my back yard and left me with a snake filled while in my back yard.

Call them best you would want.

Ryan Alexander did a fantastic job redoing my pool. He was very professional and had a wonderful crew. If you need your pool redone or building a new pool I would definitely recommend his company.

It was a small job but they treated it like it was a big one. Showed up when they said and left the site immaculate. Very polite and accommodating. And they did a great job

When I hired Ryan he gave me a quote over the phone and told me about his service etc. He did exactly what he said he would do. I cleared out my shed and Ryan hauled away two huge loads. Ryan delivered a dump trailer to my driveway. We were able to keep it several days. He checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything a couple of times. The cost was the best around. Great guy!!

Very fast service. Called me with the price quote and then showed up within a couple of hours from that initial call.

1st delivery was perfect pure black topsoil. Second delivery was inferior crap with large chunks of concrete plastic and glass bottles and lots of extremely large roots. Something I would have considered for deeper fill but not for the finish topsoil. Has set me back weeks, just to sort through it and now try to get some top notch topsoil that will grow grass. Also overcharged me according to his price sheet he chose to share with me after the fact. Is there anyone out there that is honest?

They delivered the same day however the driver left a big ruts in yard. Had to use some of the dirt to fill the ruts they left.
