Description of Work: Joe and his team renovated a bathroom, installed a new bathroom and some other work. From the planning to the final day, it was a pleasure to have Joe working for us - he is experienced, punctual and courteous and coordinated all aspects of the job excellently. We would certainly use Premier Home Design and Remodelling for our next project - in fact, we have one in the pipeline right now:)

Description of Work: I had Joe give me an estimate on remodeling my kitchen and living area in my condo. He was excellent in every way. Description of Work: Joe Moehlenhoff, the owner, did three (3) small jobs in the time frame (3 hours) allotted. He fixed the light switch on a ceiling fan, attached a gas line connection, checked the spray attachment on the kitchen faucet, called the mfg., Moen, and had them send the parts to my house. I am awaiting their arrival. Joe also went to the hardware store to purchase caulk for around my kitchen countertops, which he then completed in a very exacting, professional manner. I had never met Joe prior to this visit but I would trust him to perform at a high level.

 + 1 moreMr. Moehlenhoff was recommended by a friend/general contractor. He personally designed our lower level, and then built to our specifications. Moreover, his work product was consistent in appearance to our upper levels, but the quality of the construction is superior. He built a recreation room, bathroom, storage closets, television room, card room, and craft room.
Description of Work: Mr. Moehlenhoff finished approximately 1650 sq. ft. in the lower level of my two-story home. His workmanship and quality was lauded by inspectors, and his product has been admired by all who visit.

 + -1 moreJoe very prompt in initial response, gave very detailed bid in one week time. Very thorough contract agreement on what will be done and the price. In other words no surprises! Gets in when he says he will be there, works hard, takes care with cleaning up mess each day and treats house with respect. Lots of communication so know just what is going on. High quality work right down to every detail. 18 months later our bathroom still looks like new and his work is lasting.
Description of Work: Total remodel of guest bath. Replaced water damaged area in walls. Absolutely gorgeous job on the tiling in shower. removed wallpaper without damage to walls. Painted walls very smoothe. First paint color wasn't satisfactory in finish, asked to repaint. Base trim seamless finish. Replaced lighting fixtures, cabinet, toilet, flooring. The whole thing.

If I had any concerns or questions, they were always available by phone to answer or make changes. The overall quality of work was top-notch. The quality of products they steered me to was very good also.
Description of Work: Remodeled my bathroom w/following: New tile floor, new toilet, new pedistal sink, new light fixture, new hardware, new floor boards and painted. Also put in a storm door on my front door.

The project was completed on schedule with great attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Joe personally attended to the project and was available at any time in person or by phone. This alone put me at ease as I quickly understood that he really took pride in improving our home. Joe went above and beyond to get the job done and I am completely satisfied. I would recommend his company to any friend or neighbor.
