We recently finished a complete kitchen renovation with Premier Home Design and Remodeling. Joe was amazing with timely communication, gave us great advice for design and function of our kitchen and also really listened to our ideas and vision throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend the company for any home project big or small. We would absolutely use Premier Home Design and Remodeling for our future renovations.

Premier Home Design & Remodeling did an excellent job in all phases of the remodeling of our three bathrooms. Each of the bathrooms turned out great and looked beautiful. Mr. Moehlenhoff and his crew were very professional, courteous, and conscientious. He worked very closely with us from the beginning of the build until the end, answered all our questions promptly, and addressed all issues that arose. Each member of his crew took great care to clean up at the end of every day. They spread plastic film over our stairwell and white carpet on our second floor to protect it. After the job was completed, the carpet looked just as good as it did in the beginning. There were no surprises. The total cost was very close to total of Mr. Moehlenhoff's three estimates (one for each bathroom). He made sure that we stayed within our budget. We are very pleased with the remodel and would not hesitate to recommend Premier Home Design & Remodeling to anyone looking to remodel their home.

Joe was wonderful! He listen to what we were wanting to achieve with a new kitchen and was able to provide us with exactly what we wanted and needed. Very knowledgeable of the process and put me and my family at ease during the entire project.

Premier Home Design remodeled our master bath. Joe Moehlenhoff developed a layout that met our needs for a bath refresh with a larger modern shower. Joe was professional, easy to work with and kept in touch during the job. He maintained a clean work site and his subcontractors were very professional and a pleasure to work with. The job did seem to drag out longer than expected but we are happy with the results.

All went very well. The tasks were completed in a timely manner, very professional work and fantastic sub contractors. End of day always nicely cleaned up. Very pleased with the job, highly recommended and would definitely hire again.

Joe totally remodeled our kitchen in the fall of 2020. We started working on the plans in July 2020. He thoroughly reviewed plans with us, we met several times and he made adjustments until we arrived at a final plan. He ordered cabinets which arrived on time. Demolition began in early November 2020 and the kitchen was 90% complete before Christmas so that we could use it for everyday cooking/eating. What he does well: 1)Communicates well--during the initial planning, we met often and he was always very prepared and communicated any recommendations or concerns he had. 2) Organization: Joe is very organized throughout the entire process. He always had the electricians, plumbers, drywallers, painter, Flooring, and tile work scheduled ahead of time to keep the project running and on time. 3) Workmanship: his workmanship is absolute perfection. From installation of cabinets, moldings, cabinet knobs/handles, everything is installed level and centered. 4) Joe is not a designer but he has access to people that can help him design the kitchen to meet our needs. He lead us through the process and went with us to help pick out countertops and cabinets. Our one significant issue in this kitchen remodel was the vent hood that we selected to go over the range. We were only given two options from the kitchen cabinet company. We went with the lower priced option, which the kitchen cabinet company told us would meet our needs. In the end it did not meet our needs as well as we would have liked. Joe did arrange and schedule a meeting between us and the cabinet distributor and mfgr. It has now been over 6 months since our kitchen was finished and we LOVE it. It is very functional and we have not had any issues that required him to come back and repair.

The whole process went well. Joe communicated every step of the way and the finished bathroom is great!

From design through completion, Joe focused on every aspect of the remodel. He accompanied me to the various vendors to choose cabinets, countertops, flooring, hardware, etc. and provided his experienced point of view as input to every decision. Joe is very attentive, take time to explain things very in-depth (if you are the type that needs to understand every aspect, he's patient). Highly recommend! I love my new kitchen and it's exactly the way I imagined when we were designing in the early phases.

JOE AND HIS CREW WERE THE BEST. IN FACT, HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO LOOK AT WORK FROM BEGINNING TO END. BASEMENT WAS FINISHED BETTER THAT THE ORIGINAL HOUSE. COMPLETED WORK WITHIN TIME. WE GAVE EXTRA BUDGET, BECAUSE WE DECIDED TO ADD CEDAR CLOSET AND STORAGE CLOSET. GRANDKIDS AND I SPEND A LOT OF TIME HERE. WARM COMFORTABLE AND USEFUL

The first time i talked to and met Joe, it was like talking to an Uncle i had known for years. He explained everything, broke pricing down, and discounted for some of the demo work that i did in pulling out carpet and reinstalling the baseboards after i repainted them myself. I was told by the store we purchased the tile from that the job could cost 4-5000 based on what they saw from photos and size of bathroom, Joe came in about half of that. The work was great. His floor guy, Jamie, worked diligently and had sub flooring and tiling completely done in 2 days. I have recommended him to some friends already and added him to my contacts for future work. strongly recommend!

Joe and his team did an exceptional job with the full remodeling of our master bathroom. All tasks were well organized with sub contractors, daily site cleanup and completed in a timely fashion with Joes supervision. We are very pleased with our new master bath and would highly recommend Premier Home Design & Remodeling.

We really enjoyed working with Joe and his contractor team throughout the process. Joe is very specific in his approach to design, selection, layout and quality. Joe listened very well to what we wanted to achieve in our space and in my opinion, over delivered on my expectations. His attention to detail began with the framing of our basement and continued through to the finished wood work, cabinet construction, lighting and flooring. One highlight for me was his commitment to be available to the various contractors that were needing answers on site. Joe was present throughout our project and when he wasn't, we had proactive communication from Joe to contractors outlining expectations. We asked for a clean jobsite and Premier delivered. This made us enjoy the process even more, rarely fighting cleanliness or safety issues with our children in the home. The finish in our basement meets or exceeds our main floor finish and as I've stated, exceeded my expectations in craftmanship. Thank you Joe and team for an absolutely phenomenal experience.

It was a challenging project, as our home was built in 1972 and replacing plumbing and some fixtures took patience and expertise. Joe followed through on everything to make sure that the plumbing, flooring, painting and cabinetry were done precisely. If something was not quite right he made it right, which is exactly what you need when you are having work like this done on your home. He was also understanding about our budget and helped us with solutions that would be both affordable and assure a high quality result. Professional, courteous and kind. We highly recommend! A+

The service and workmanship was outstanding. Joe Moehlenhoff was instrumental and guiding us on the whole process, he meet us at the flooring center, he meet us in the lighting center, and he made our remodeling experience a pleasant experience. Everything that he had done for us was topnotch and great.

They are professional, they showed up when they said they will, very constantly. The wood work re installed beautifully and the owner Joe is calling me daily to update about the project that I liked the most.

What we liked was the fact that we got great suggestions from Joe and it all turned out to be more beautiful than we ever expected!
