It was a fast, easy job putting siding that had fallen off back on. Justin called and got the job completed before I got home. I paid him the next day and all is good now. It has rained several times and the vinyl siding is still holding.

Jason did excellent service the same day as the quote and fixed our vinyl siding piece that was loose. Jason saw another piece that was not laying right and fixed it too.

Justin (ROI) was quick and to the point. Gave us a quote on Friday, Monday the crew was there, job was completed without any interruptions or hassles. BTW, the quote was exactly the final charge. I would hire ROI again without question.

They came out to estimate my vinyl siding repair job and ended up doing the repair the same day! They couldn't quite match my 18-year old siding, but they came very close. Overall I'm very satisfied with the results and with everyone I dealt with from this company. I'll likely choose them again to do some other repair work needed on my home.

I had an urgent need for repairs and the gentleman called me within minutes and had the repairs completed within 24 hours. I appreciate their quick and thoughtful service. The company who came out before them, Schneider Roofing & Remodeling, never gave me an estimate and then wouldn't return any of my calls. ROI was 100% professional and courteous.

ROI R&R was contacted as he was friends with my husband for an insurance job (our original contractor was extremely busy, and had an injured worker and due to timing and scope of work, it was easier for us to find another contractor). He came out the Monday before Thanksgiving and spoke with us, looked at the insurance scope and said he would be back out the next day. He came out installed flashing on the band board and cut a hole in the downstairs ceiling to determine that the subfloor was fine and then said he would be out Monday to get started, and we should pick up the flooring by then. We picked up the flooring on Monday because he cancelled on us due to his illness (even though he wasn't doing any work). He said he would be at our house at 9:30 on Tuesday. His crew showed up at 10:30 and he at 11. Instead of starting on the fix of the floor damage, they immediately started on the installation of the floor. I pulled my husband aside and told him that wasn't the way it was supposed to go and I had a serious issue with this. My husband spoke with him and he assured him that it was fine and it would all be taken care of and that if the insurance company said anything, we could just say we were gone while they were here, and in addition, if I wasn't happy, we wouldn't have to pay him a dime. I reluctantly agreed and we proceeded. Jud stood around while the crew installed the floor and he left to get them money as they were going to finish the job that day so he was paying them more. Then he left to get our contract finished because I wanted a breakdown of what his plan was to fix the leaks. He was to bring it back that day. He never showed. His crew left early without completing the job and would be back the next morning between 7:30 and 8. Wednesday morning we woke up early expecting his crew and they arrived at 9:30. They finished around 3. We still were waiting for the contract and breakdown of charges. He said he would bring it out the next day so we could discuss it. My husband asked for it to be emailed and there was push back. Couldn't get anything itemized and he wasn't willing to discuss much with me. He arrived on time Thursday morning and tried to tell us there was no damage upstairs and that the adjuster screwed up. That he would be amazed if there was anything downstairs but then if he had to pull the door out downstairs he wouldn't put it back in because it was junk and it was causing all of our problems. My husband wrote him a check for $1600 (his invoice for installation of 320 sq ft of flooring and 20 ft of flashing and sealant) which he took straight to the bank and cashed. He was told later that day that we would no longer be using his services for the remainder of the claim. We did some further investigating and found that his crew installed the new flooring over two soft spots in the existing flooring. In addition, the hole that he cut out downstairs - when you look straight up shows no damage, but when you get

he showed up the next day and thinks he fixed my roof leak problem. We won't know until the next time it rains but he said if it leaks again he'll be back to fix it again. He was quite sure he solved my problem though

Justin repaired a wind damaged fascia in a very timely manner. I was worried about forecasted rain creating a larger problem in the area. Getting the repair completed on the same day as my contact with HomeAdvisor was a relief. Justin very prompt and courteous.
