ROI R&R, LLC

I hired ROI R&R LLC for home repairs, but after paying about 90% of the agreed amount, the contractor, Jason, failed to complete 90% of the work. He stopped responding to my calls and consistently had excuses for not showing up, such as weather issues or personal reasons. To make things worse, Jason removed the siding from the front of my house without having a clear design plan, which caused unnecessary damage. Overall, the experience was highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend ROI R&R LLC for any home repair projects.

Yes, they did a very professional job. They were persistent to get the mold off my siding, especially bad on the north facing side, where they had to treat it multiple times. They also took the time to find matching siding (not an easy task on a 15 year old house. They did a great job with the fascia that was extremely difficult to reach and replace and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the results.

They were quick to give me a quote and were fast.

This is the second time I have called ROI R&R, LLC for siding repairs on my home. Justin is responsive and great to work with. I know that anytime I need work done, I can rely on ROI R&R, LLC to come out and fix the issue quickly and permanently. I highly recommend this company!

Very easy to work with!

This company came out to give me a bid on a project. They told me that I had some flashing that needed to be replaced and sent over a quote. I was told that someone would call to follow up and discuss scheduling the work. No one ever called to schedule anything. A few days later, my doorbell camera notifies me of some motion. I checked it and could see someone on my roof but was not able to tell who it was. It turns out that this company was performing the repairs on my roof without notifying me. I didn?t find out until they sent me the invoice later. I was upset because I never told them that I wanted them to perform the work. I actually had scheduled time for another company to come out and give me a second opinion. I had to call and cancel since the job had already been completed. Overall, I wouldn?t recommend this company just based on the lack of communication and how unprofessional it is to perform a job without getting the homeowner?s approval.

Justin was very professional and saved me some money. He responded quickly and did not try to sell me on additional services that I did not need. I was very pleased with his work and honest quote. I would highly reccomend his company and plan on using him again in the Spring to do some inside work.

Justin sent Gabe out to repair roof within a few hours of our phone call! Professional and did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. Gave me a 5 yr warranty on roof repair. I also asked them to repair some screens on basement windows. So far, I am happy with their service and they appear to be honest. I would recommend this family owned business. :)

My experience with ROI R&R and Justin was great. I went from a simple roof repair to the replacement of my entire roof thanks to their excellent eye for detail. Apparently, the shingles used to replace my roof 10 years ago had a manufacturing defect. They were able to quickly replace my entire roof and it looks great.

Submitted request and they were super fast to reach out to me. Gave scope of work and we discussed the cost. Came out next day to confirm cost and completed the job in 30mins. Some contractors wonâ  t touch small jobs, but ROI R&R was eager to get the job and make a happy customer.
