Wow! Dave did an amazing job on my kitchen. He was professional, courteous, and very clean throughout the reno. I was never left with a mess. The attention to detail was incredible! Seriously, even the screws on the outlet & switch covers were all turned to the same spot. I've been called O.C.D., I prefer the term perfectionist, but it's the little things I notice.

We have used Midtown before for other projects (Kitchen re-model) and their work was top grade and their service was very professional. We have now signed a contract with then to build a fence and their sales rep was very good and professional

Dependable and courteous

They did a good job and completed the project ahead of schedule.

My project was started on April 12, 2018 and I do not consider it finished yet. The first crew walked off the job and left an 18 in by 6 ft opening to the outdoors element. The project manager came out and nailed some pressed wood that had nail holes so it was very hard to keep the house warm. When a new crew came to work on the job, Will was the lead on that crew and he was great to work with. The Project Manager, Don Edwards, was only interested in "slapping" trim work around the new window and sliding glass door I was having installed, along with 3 other windows. Don Edwards was going to patch the sheet rock that had been ripped out by the first crew and then Don himself came and cut the sheet rock leading me to believe the work would look professional. I understand Don is no longer with Midwest Home Improvement and a new Project Manager, Troy, was assigned to my project. Unfortunately, Troy was hospitalized. I was contacted by Jarod Blade with Midtown on May 15, 2018 to set a time for Will to come and do the final sanding on the tape and mud work done by Don. I explained to Jarod during that call that I thought more mud and sanding would be required. Will came out the next day and sanded. Tosha Larsen with Midtown contacted me on May 18, 2018 to let me know that the work was completed and reported that it looked beautiful and when could we get together for me to pay the balance of the project. I asked Tosha if I could have a walk through before I finalized anything with Midtown. Tosha said absolutely and asked what time worked best. I told her I could be available Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday early morning or late afternoon. As of today, I have not heard back from Midtown. From the start of the work on my project it was evident Midtown is a window company and NOT a home improvement company.

Very honest and good service ?

The quality is good and the work was done quickly once we got an install date. I didn't really shop around, other than to check out the prices at Home Depot and Lowe's on doors and installation. I think we could have probably gotten it done cheaper, but it would have been a cheaper product. Of course, I'm sure everyone would like to have projects done for less than they cost. I can definitely tell a difference between our old, builder grade door and the door we got from Midtown. Nice job!

We are very pleased with the job Midtown did with our kitchen. They helped us with the remodeling design, provided a wide selection of materials (granite, tiles, etc.) to choose from, started and completed the job in a timely manner. They exceeded our expectations on the quality of their workmanship. We were also very pleased with the way they kept us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend Midtown for your remodeling and construction needs.

The actual workman is the same person each day and makes all the work run so smoothly. He worked very well with us and kept things tidy.

We have only done the initial consult and measurements but David was VERY thorough with explaining everything we get for our money (appt took 3 hrs). We are looking forward to moving ahead with this project once our cabinets are made as we have a very good idea of how it will look when completed!

Midtown installed 2 entry doors and 21 new triple-pane windows in our home. We had estimates from 5 different companies and went with Midtown because of their price, quality product, and commitment to performing quality work. We could not be happier with their work. The team that they assigned to our project were friendly, professional, and completed the job in the timeframe promised. The clean-up they did after the install was also an amazing surprise. Since having this project completed, we immediately saw our electric and gas bills be drastically cut. The draftiness is gone and our house is comfortable during both cold weather and hot. As far as we're concerned, Midtown is 5 stars all the way and we will be calling them first for our next home improvement project. Thank you Midtown!

Great company for vinyl fence. Top notch product. A little on the expensive side, but project manager Don was great to work with. He took care of getting the paperwork to the HOA, so we could get the project going. He also kept me informed along the way. The installer was hardworking and nice. He kept the job site clean. This Company has the best vinyl fence warranty.

Every employee I dealt with was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I asked for a premium roof in not only materials but workmanship and I received both. 3-men did the work in 3 days. It included house, porch and a detached 2-car garage. They cleaned and kept the area tidy all through the work process.

Salesmen lied on most everything they stated and the price was extremely high. Hired them because I believed the lies. Customer service was non-existant. One lie was they use their own workers they do not hire out. The company said the job would be completed in 3 days but it took 3 weeks. Supposed to be completed in November job well be finished Feb 14th. The contractor who completed the job worked alone but was beyond excellent. He went out of his way to make sure the job was completed professionally. I was very happy he did the job. Quality of work was indeed excellent but the price was sky high. Cannot recommend this company.

The guy that did the work was great, good to have him here, finished up quickly.
