Midtown completed our decking project and fence last year. Both turned out great and the installation was quicker than expected. Everyone that we interacted with has been both knowledgeable and professional. Coming from someone in the construction industry, I really appreciate their focus on safety and how they handled the permitting process.

I have recently just had a fence installed by Midtown home Improvements and couldn't have been happier with the end result. They made the entire process simple and were very helpful every step of the way. Their streamlined process and message board made it very easy to ensure every task was completed in a timely manner as well as allowed the proper documents to be exchanged back and forth. The installation went very smoothly with no issues. The crew arrived in the morning and completed the job in one day. They even fulfilled one of my requests to use the excess dirt to fill in some holes in my backyard at no additional cost! Overall I am very pleased with the end result. The quality of the material they used is far superior to any other major store brands and I can tell it will last a very long time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get some home improvements done.

I typically don't hire people off a door knock. But I'm glad I did this time. Everyone was so nice, considerate and helpful. We had a new slider door installed where there was once a French door. I love it. The installation was fast and professional. It looks like door was a part of the original build on the house.

We were very impressed with Midtown Home Improvements. We hired them for a vinyl siding project. They weren't the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. But they were the most dependable. The salesman was knowledgeable, yet not pushy. Communication throughout was incredible. The entire team, especially the installers, were tremendous. Highly recommend this company for any of your improvement needs.

Vinyl fence installed in timeline provided. I did have a small issue but it was rectified in an acceptable time frame.

My overall experience with Midtown was great - from the time for consulting to the actual installment of their top-rated windows. The consultation with their window sales person, Nick Sachs, was professional and informative. He answered all of my questions and helped address all of my concerns. The communication and scheduling with the office was timely once I signed the agreement with them. The installers were very professional and did the job fast and thoroughly. I appreciate the open communication throughout the time I talked to Nick to the time the windows were fully installed. The quality of their windows is as promised. Now I wished I had my windows replaced much earlier! I'll definitely using them again for future home projects!

I love my little cedar deck and everyone who has seen it agrees it’s beautiful as well as sturdy. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and skill of the carpenter who built it. Everyone I spoke with from design to delivery and cleanup was helpful and informative. Great company.

Fence was put up in one day. Even though it got dark early, the gentlemen went around with light to make sure trash was all picked up. Extremely happy!

Would give 0 stars if i could.These people are pushy, they are trap salesmen, high pressure sales...WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS, THEY DO NOT DO GOOD BUSINESS, WILL BE REPORTING TO ALL AGENCIES. THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL CONTRACT, EVEN THOUGH THEY CANT DO ANYTHING TO MY HOUSE WITHOUT HOA, WHICH I HAVE TO GET....WONT BE DOING ANYMORE BUSINESS AND WONT BE GETTING HOA APPROVAL FOR THEM.
