Midtown installed 8 picture windows at my home. The installer was a young man who worked carefully and efficiently and cleaned up the work areas very well afterwards. All my old windows were carted away.

Cutting this review way down due to character limitations on this platform. Pros: Midtown accommodated a small last minute change to the spindles. The contractor did great work. Cons: Reactive versus proactive Lack of communication to me about scheduled city inspection, contractor seemed like he frequently did not everything he needed from Midtown and was chasing things down. Expensive - loan amount was double the construction cost listed on the permit. Debris clean up completed one month after the deck was completed. I had to constantly reach out for updates. Felt pressured to sign off on the deck before it was finished so they could push financing through before the end of the year. (Seemed scammy)

Midtown Home Improvements did a beautiful job in replacing my deck. From start to finish, the personnel was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. They kept me informed of what they were doing and how soon the project would be finished. The workers that completed the job were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in replacing my deck. After the deck had been completed, they cleaned up the old wood and picked up the materials that weren't used.

just replaced some 30+ year old windows on my house with Midtown Home Improvement. I'm really excited with how they look and you can tell they are high quality windows. Easy to open and clean! My salesrep, Corey Nazaruk, was very helpful in asking questions and helping me select the best fit for my needs and suggesting the full view style in my family room and kitchen which look beautiful with no seam in the middle. The installers were professional, conscientious and very knowledgeable. They came out to look at everything prior to installation. A couple of my old windows had issues in removing and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct and looked excellent! I'm so grateful for this experience and look forward to replacing the rest of my windows and back door with Midtown! They do quality work and use quality materials which stand the test of time. They replaced my roof last year which I'm very happy with.

The project manager and crew did an excellent job, were very hard working and answered all of our requests kindly. Our project isn't finished yet, delays were due to our schedule, they have been super cooperative and we are looking forward to using this beautiful addition to our home. They built a sunroom on top of our existing deck.

Ignore what was selected above, which was driven by a menu with completely inadequate choices. What was actually done was replace a side entry door by the garage that was both leaky an poorly fitting. The new door, a Legacy single entry door, was installed perfectly and quickly. After a hard, driving rain, it help up wonderfully with no leaks at all. I am very please with the product and the workmanship.

Our deck is awesome and turned out just like we imagined. Reid the builder was awesome and helpful.

Midtown Home Improvements (MHI) redid our screened in porch/deck. They replaced some old rotting wood with aluminum framing and put in a durable screen and door! We're excited to use the space this spring, summer, and for many more years to come! The finished product is great, but working with MHI was great from start to finish. We wanted to add stairs and a fence but not exactly how MHI offered it, so Said referred us to one of their installer's companies, Brandon, to do that for us to better fit our needs. We had some unexpected house issues come up after we committed to this job and Said plus team worked with us anyway he could to make sure their project wasn't going to cause us any added financial stress! We'd highly recommend them!

I hired Midtown Home Improvements, Inc. to replace 20 windows with triple pane windows, a front door, and a sliding patio door. The job was completed in April of 2023. I had the absolute best installers. They were a team of 3, who were extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and tidy. They worked in unison, did not take breaks and completed the job within 2 days. Because of their lengthy experience, they performed everything to perfection. They went over everything in detail in terms of cleaning and also ensuring I registered properly for the warranty. I have other projects to do and will look to Midtown Home Improvements for those kitchen and bath renovations. They are truly professional from the sales calls to the final installations. They even kept me abreast of when the product was arriving and precisely when they would actually perform the work. We had windows installed. This wasn't an option in the "Choose a project" dropdown above, So I chose "Seamless Metal Gutters - Install", but that's not what we had installed. We had new vinyl windows installed. Great customer service. Easy financing. Great product (windows). Quick installation.

Midtown installed a pergola and screened in porch enclosure. The installers were very professional and courteous. Although there was a discrepancy on the size of post, the project only took 2 days and it looks great. We get so many complements from the neighbors on the projects.

We are loving our new windows. They are triple paned and we notice the difference in the heat and cold. The whole experience was great, the guys were very professional and respectful and did a wonderful job from start to finish and left everything spotless. We had a small issue with our sliding door where it needed a small adjustment and they sent someone out the very next day! I will definitely call them again when we do something else.

The whole process of getting a new Fence was painless. Midtown provided excellent service from start to finish. with installation finish the same day and Excellent clean up. I recommend them.

We have used Midtown Home Improvement for two major projects. Each had minor flaws and Midtown returned and delivered the product we expected. The first project’s problem, a front door replacement, was due to a simple misunderstanding—we wanted a double deadbolt lock on the door. Midtown replaced the lock in short order. Simple, right? However, a telling indicator of Midtown’s concern for quality was that they also keyed the front screen door’s lock to the double deadbolt lock, and to the exterior door handle lock. We would have been happy with two or even three keys, but Midtown allowed us the convenience of carrying around a single key without us asking. As I said, it seemed a simple enhancement (assuming you are a locksmith), but very nice. The 2nd project was to remove a fiber/plastic shower and a partial wall with a ceramic tile shower (the list of shower renovations goes on a bit). For whatever reason, we didn’t notice the leak for 15 months but, leaks can be tricky.

Hershel was absolutely wonderful to work with. The Midtown Home Improvements crew came through and installed new, functional windows exactly like we had imagined. 10/10 would recommend their team. FYI, I clicked vinyl siding for this review as windows wasn?t an option.
