Before giving the award contract to Midtown, I had 3 other companies give demonstration and quotes for their products and installation. None of them were as comprehensive in quality or costs for this product. The results were more than satisfactory. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Installer was fantastic!

A quality experience from the initial estimate to completion. Met my timing needs due to a tree removal ongoing which held things up a bit. Fence is beautiful just what we wanted.

The carpenters were efficient, cleaned up after their work each day and did a beautiful job. So very pleased we hired them to replace the old deck with new and enstall fencing too.

We've used Midtown for siding and patio door. Great service, great products and so happy with the installation crew. The communication was prompt and helped us with the installation planning. Thanks Midtown!

The crew show up early to the job, worked very efficiently, obviously knew how to install their insulation very well! They were very courteous to me as a customer. The issues were that they did not clean up all of their mess ( which blown in insulation would have gone even further if I wouldn't have closed some doors that they left open to carpeted areas. They only swept up the wooden floor and did nothing to pick up where the insulation had blown onto the carpet.

These guys do a wonderful job. Could not be happier. Answered all my questions, so no surprises. Workers were on time and showed up every day unless raining or snowing. Not the cheapest outfit in town, but well worth the quality!

Roof was put on in November 2018, the weather was too cold but the company said they put roofs on at those temperatures all the time. Numerous calls to company to complain about buckling of shingles, only to be blocked by administrative secretary. More calls before the project manager got involved, almost a year later, roofing materials were found to be defective by shingle company. Over an additional month now and the company has not responded about replacing the defective roof. Midtown Home Improvements has not provided documentation of the Class 4 Impact Resistant shingle as agreed upon in our original contract.

The independent 3rd party contractor and the granite company were great. The Midtown rep. told us if we signed right now, as he was filling up a sudden opening in their production schedule we would get 8-12 weeks installation. 16 weeks and 5 days later.... I didn't like their business practices/sales pitch. I told the wife, before the salesman/project manager left that he was lying on his sudden opening in the production schedule and the fast turn around if we sign right then But the wife wanted Granite and believed this slickster.
